Know Thine Enemy
One of the more interesting things about a brand new Arsenal blog on SB Nation is finding out a bit about how a group of relatively new Arsenal supporters differ from those who've grown up knowing a football is round. The getting to know each other post the other day was a great start, its quite interesting to me to see where we've all come to Arsenal from and why, and what other interests we might share. There's another topic however which I am curious enough about to pose the question to all of you, and I hope you'll indulge my inaugural blogging and share your thoughts as well.
The aforementioned topic that I always argue with myself about is which truly is the most of all evils, as my personal fan experience differs greatly from those of say, a native North Londoner. I've never been to North London, much less lived there, so my loathing of Sp*rs comes less naturally. While I can think of many reasons to dislike them, its not quite like I have 30 years of derbies spurring me on, if you'll pardon the pun. Given that I came to my Arsenal fandom well into the Premiership days, my earliest Arsenal rivalry experiences generally involved Old Trafford, not White Hart Lane. I suspect similar experiences for most of you.
That long-winded prologue aside, after the jump I thought I'd examine some contenders for least favored by Arsenal nation status, along with my feelings on the clubs. If you'd indulge my poll at the end and add your thoughts in the comments, all the better.
