I grew up in KC during the low points of Royals fandom ('04 HS graduation). I have maintained my Royals' fandom ever since. I graduated from OU in journalism and I'm working at a newspaper in Southeast Kansas. I'm married, which means I put up with taunts about Royals fandom from my wife.
