Bill Simmons has summed up Andy flaws very nicely today.

"Philly's Andy Reid will be battling former assistant Brad Childress on Sunday in a matchup Peter King described as "teacher vs. pupil." Teacher vs. pupil???? That explains everything! Do you think Reid tutored Childress in classes like "Screwing up a Two-Minute Drill," "Hanging Your QB Out to Dry," "Dumb and Possibly Damaging Field Goal Attempts," "Idiotic Short-Yardage Calls," "Special Teams Collapses," "How To Blow Your Challenges," "Leaving Yourself With No Timeouts" and "How To Remain Calm As You're Getting Booed By Your Own Fans"?"

I'm glad someone outside of Philadelphia sees these problems. I still think Andy has got to go. I dont think we will ever win a Super Bowl with him at the helm. Who knows though, we never thought the Phillies could win with Charles F. Manuel either.

I am currently living in Boston and am looking for a good place to watch the eagles games. I would much prefer to sit around with some of my own kind than going out with Patriots fans. Does anyone know of a good eagles bar in Boston? Let me know. I am tired of cheering alone.

Rumors have been flying around that Pat Devlin feels unhappy and may transfer. Does anyone know anything more about this? I dont have a problem with Daryl Clark, but neither of them have played. Who knows?Any news bout Justin King leving for the NFL? He would be much better off to get healhy and play the way we know he can next year. How about that B-Ball team. How did this happen? Lets hope they can keep it up. Good job fellas.

Losing to #1

So we lost to the #1 team in the land. I'm not surprised nor should you be. Our offense has been bad all year. I didnt look at the stats, but they must have had 6or7 three and outs. The defense seemingly was on the field forever. The loss of Odrick was definetly noticed. Justin King once again failed to live up to expectations as did Derrick Williams(the playmaker?) I dont understand some of the defensive strategy. Why play 7 or 8 yards off a reciever when they need 4 for a first down? It boggles my mind. Justin King is fast, put him up on the recievers. A.J. Wallace finally broke one. He is good. We need to see more of him. Mo evans didnt do much, but he was up against one tough line. I have full confidence in him. Once again Anthony Morelli dissapoints us all. I dont relish in ripping a college kid, but there comes a time when enough is enough.

PSU v. Indiana

Lets face the facts. This is not going to be our year. Anthony Morelli is not good. Physically he has the tools, but mentally he just doesnt. At times he makes me pine for the likes of Matt Seneca. Also, everybody needs to stop calling Derrick Williams a "playmaker". Its been 2 1/2 years and he has made 3 memorable plays. Two of them were punt returns against awful teams. I cant belive how dissapointing Justin King has been either. He needs to stop thinking about the draft and concentrate on defense. All in all, a win is a win, but this team should be undefeated right now.
