Raider for life!
I am a 11 year old kid who actually knows a ton about football. Most kids my age that "follow sports" don't know what on earth their talking about. Here are three ways I am different from them:
1. I am not a bandwagon fan.
Almost all kids that "follow football" are HUGE band wagon-ers. The Titans, Colts, and Patriots are usual band wagon teams for kids. Hec, they'll root for any team that wins. They change every time the team they "root for" loses. But I stick with the Raiders, and it seems that every Sunday they lose. :(
2. I know about my teams present and past.
Most pretend kid-fans know absolutely NOTHING about their team. They don't the present of their team, the almost present, or the past. There was one Patriot "fan" I was talking to who didn't know what the "snowbowl" was. When I instead said it as "the tuck-rule" he still didn't know. There was 2 Patriot fan-things(kids) that didn't know when Tom Brady was drafted, in what round, or who Randy Moss used to play for (they didn't guess Vikings or Raiders.) And yes, I only asked two.
I, on the other hand, (I'm gonna sound like a air-head here, but it's all true) know ALL ABOUT The Raiders SB ll try, their SB Xl win, their SB XV win, their SB XVlll win, their try against the Bucc's, The tuck rule, the Immaculate reception, the holy rover, and any player that ever played on the Raiders that was worth mentioning. I know it just like was actually there at the time(I wasn't actually born at the time.)
3. I bleed Silver and Black
These "fan" kids don't wear the teams clothing, they don't own a cent worth of any thing that has to do with their teams. If you went into my room, you could easily find 100 Raider symbols (my room isn't that big at all) not including clothes,which would add another 100. Besides a few Birthday/Christmas presents, I paid for it all.

I was going to put another reason involving going to games, which I do, but some kids can't for good reasons, so I won't.
