If you just bought  the Pistons would you fire Joe D and/or the coaching staff before the NBA draft in a couple months?Do you trust Joe D to handle this years draft?Knowing that his job is probably on shaky ground.

Ive seen some post's about trading pick 7 and a player (Rip,Tay or Stucky) to Portland for Greg Oden and Pick 21..plz don't let this happen.Oden is a beat-up guy,that will have no leg strength for years.He will be wobbling up and down the court..Plus he looks like he's about 40 years old (i think his mom lied and said he was younger than he is) Use pick 7 and take the best PG or wing guy and create some excitement.(yes everyone knows i want Perry Jones ,but he will be long gone by pick 7)  Greg Monroe is a decent guy to build some pcs around,yes it will take a yr or 2,but use this years and next years draft to get some Explosive guys.The Pistons have way to many stand still shooters and the bigs are kinda soft down low.

I know that i would love to see a complete re-tooling of this team,try to build a good basketball team.Sure they could add a mid-level free agent or 2 next year (maybe we get to 38-44..8th seed) but i'd rather just start all over,and the new ownership seems to the perfect start.I could take a yr or 2 of bad basketball,if he shows he's trying to build a winner,and not just trying to add mid-level guys to please the fans.

I'm not sure why so many people want the Pistons to draft a 5' 11"  combo guard with their 1st pick.Sure he had a pretty good year vs some very average Big East Point Guards.Big East got dominated in the Tourny because the guard play was weak.I think his deep tourny run actually hurt his draft stock.He was something like 11-34 shooting (1-9 from three PT range ) during the final four.The guards he faced from the Elite 8,Final 4,and Championship game,just sagged off him and let him 'try' to hit 12-15 FT jumpers and he had a hard time drawing iron on most of them (if you take away his 9 lay-ups in the 2 Final Four games ,he was 2-25  on jumpers.)

I think his draft went from 6-9 (lotto) down to somewhere in the late teens (16-19).Can the Pistons actually have another Ben Gordon type guy,on the roster.a guy too small for SG and not a good enough ball handler for a PG.During the UConn-Zona game ,they had a stat that Walker just passed Jason Kidd (California ) for the most turnovers in an NCAA season (something like 168) and he had 2 more games after that one.

There are 12-15  guys i'd take over K.Walker..

Bring in Les Miles,let him recruit (his name,national title- will bring in a few extra guys Hoke couldn't get).Start to build the team back up,Let Miles  have a few years 4-5 .While Harbaugh struggles in the NFL.(because i think he will-he's a lot like Singeltary) Then bring Harbaugh to Michigan in 5 years (he will be 52 yrs old) then by the time Harbaugh gets here he will have a pro style offense and the right guys for the offense.

If Miles is doing a  good,Michigan keeps him.if he is doing avg or below what we wanted,then bring in Jim Harbaugh,but Les Miles would be the right guy to re-load the roster.with good players and maintain a decent record

I think hiring Brady Hoke would be a MAJOR step backwards for the Michigan program (and that's saying a lot after Rich Rod). Hoke says he believes in the 3-3-5 defense and he would keep it ,wherever he coaches.The 3-3-5 will never work in the Big 10.Too many power run teams.Adding Nebraska hurts even more vs the 3-3-5.Rich Rod proved the 3-3-5 doesn't work,at least Rodriz offense would score 35+ per game.Hokes offense would be more like 26 Pts per game.So instead of losing games 47-36 under Rich Rod,we would be losing 47-24 under Hoke.

I think more 4-star recruits would come if Les Miles is the new coach (his name,national title,great coaching record in a very good confr) . Hoke is a guy that would be  9-4 every year (not bad) but i think Les Miles would have some 9-4 years ,with a couple 11-2 years and chasing National Title and Big Ten titles.

I personally think a coach that can win as much as Miles has in the SEC,is a better option at Michigan, than a guy that hasn't  coached in a Major conference.

I was actually looking forward to the keep Jimmy posts'     haven't seen em.No one still has givin me 'why Schwartz is a good coach' its always oh we lost Stafford,or another excuse for losing.
The Lions scored 7 pts vs a beat up defense,missing about 6 starters.And the Lion's almost lost a game to a guy that never takes a snap.The Pack gave this game to the Lion's.a pass interferance NOT called (if it was the 1st Quarter it was gonna be a flag). Jenning drops a 70 YD,turns into an INT.G Bay lost this one ,Lions didnt win it.

I kinda thought you guys were gonna get my sarcasm ,Lions played hard for Schwartz was a shot at the number of times THEY didnt play hard in games past. (i will admit the  D Line was great-of course Avril got his less than 25% snaps again)  Calvin wasn't used,our best run game was Stanton.You could tell the Pack was deflated when Rogers went out,a decent coach wouldv'e stomped on this team.Green Bay had ZERO running game,NO QB,and missing about 25 guys from its 53-man opening day roster,and the Lions beat em 7-3..

i was praying that somehow Schwartz would blow this game,hoping to see how many people would say OK we can fire him now.Trust me if the Lions wouldv'e lost this one i wouldv'e been the guy at the next home game with the .Fire Schwartz T-Shirts.

The Calvin-Schwartz hug,was a joke cuz when Schwartz grabbed Calvin to say GG,Calvin just looked at him,pulled his arm away, and said something kinda like FUCK OFF JIM .so the 'oh hang in there Calvin' was a JOKE (i was like 15 rows up and you could tell Calvin wasnt happy about not seeing the ball AGAIN)    then Calvin ran to C Woodson to talk.

Did 'coach Jim' move at ALL on TV? he moved one play the ENTIRE GAME the ,out of the pocket  INT,he went on field and then he smacked McDonald on his after the play,the ONLY time all game he talked to a player or coach,i watched him pretty good,the game was boring so not hard to watch . Sorry he did get a gatorade at the 2 min Time Out.You could actually see guys coming off the field looking for a high-5 or anything..HE DOESNT DO THAT.

That was about as good a game on defense as i've seen from the Lions in years.The D Line was Outstanding and the secondary was pretty good.I did see Schwartz move  during the game,( a little)after the dropped pass INT,he was on the field (saying Rogers was out of the pocket-so no defensive 5 yd contact)   then when he got back to the bench Schwartz was pumped ,smacked him on his head.If Schwartz shows me more of this ,i would be happy.

This game made me think about Schwartz as the coach next year.I figured the Lion's would be blown out today,G Bay playing for everything.Lions for nothing.Yes Stanton was awful today,but Schwartz seemed to have the rest of the team up for this game.Not blowing a lead,actually scoring in the 4th quarter , maybe we should give him 1 more year with Stafford.

Everyone knows ive wanted Schwartz gone since game 5,but he showed me that this team plays hard for him.They are trying to win,that's a sign of a coach thats getting through to his guys,

   Best thing about the game was the Calvin-Schwartz hug at the end of the game,kinda like we are going thru some bad times,but hang in there, we need you  Calvin.

Calvin will be gone after next year,so let's get a good trade for him while we can.Trade him to Oakland ,Al Davis loves big,fast guys,Calvin would be perfect in a stretch the defense type of offense.

Raiders get Calvin Johnson and Lions number 2 over all draft pick.Raiders draft Andrew Luck QB-Stanford.(Bills like Fitzpatrick at QB and will draft Fairly or Bowers 1st overall-plus QB $ might be too much for Bills)

Lion's get  Mike Bush (big physical back-to team will speedy J.Best-perfect combo power speed backs),Nnamdi Asomugha (elite CB) and Raiders 1st round pick (somewhere around 15) Lions draft Von Miller DE/OLB (sack master)Franchise QB + Calvin for Bush,Nnamdi and the 15th pick   is a damn good deal for both teams.

Then the Lions in next years free agency go after 1-2 of these WRs that will be there.TJ Huz,B.Berrian,P.Crayton,Lance Moore or Devery Henderson   get 2 of those WR with Nate and thats a decent WR core.

Sure the Lions lost their starting QB early on and the Lion's have had a few injuries .But is that a reason to keep a coach around that has no idea whats going on? Jim Schwartz has 4 wins in 2 years vs some bad teams.Yes the Lions have had 4-5 close games,those are not wins.Schwartz isn't an NFL head coach.I know for some unknown reason he's loved in this town (name another NFL city that has a guy go 4-24 and hes barley talked about as been fired?) only here in Detroit where 5 wins seems to be a great yr as of late .Yes i'm frustrated at the losing,but people want to defend a coach that sucks is just beyond me. In the Vikings game , Lions just completed a pass for like 10 yds with like :20 seconds left and  3 TIMEOUTS down to the 15 yd line and (not sure if it was Hill at QB)  the QB starts calling a TO and Schwartz is waving to the ref NO  NO we dont want a TO (the QB is like what the Fu_k)  Schwartz lets the clock run down to : 02 and Hanson trots out,makes a short FG   3 Timeouts from inside the 20  in a close game and you dont throw to Calvin 3 times in reason to be fired. Yes i know he's not the offensive cord,but in team meetings Schwartz has to say when we get close to the End Zone Calvin needs at least 1 look every time.Jimmy boy doesnt know how to use the clock,run the ball one time vs the Jets and that's a win.

Have you ever seen Jim Schwartz talk to a player or coach on the sideline during a game?  that was a topic on 97.1   about 30 callers NO ONE has ever seen Schwartz talk to anyone during the game (he was called the card board cut out during the entire show).Avril kicks a guy 10 secs after the play vs the Giants (after a forth and 1 stop) personal foul Giants get 1st-10 from the one.Avril sits on the bench,Schwartz doesn't even look at him.Stanton on a 4th and 7,rolls out and throws the ball out of bounds??????  At least throw it up for grabs on 4th and 7..Schwartz is like oh well no big deal.Every game you watch the head coach (from Bill Belichick to Rahem Morris)  will be talking to guys ,saying good job or why did you do that? teaching the guy,encouraging the guy,yelling at a guy ,Not Schwartz he might be like what the hell just happened..but he doesnt get in the guys face,thus 5 mins later on a 4 and and 4 Avril jumps offsides.

Schwartz needs to go,sorry to hurt some feelings but this losing culture in Detroit needs to change and we the fans deserve better,i've been to about 20 Lions games in the past 10 yrs the Lion's have 1 win.If the Lion's lose out and Schwartz is 4-28 as a head coach ,with half a dozen Pro-Bowl type guys (Calvin,Delmas,Pettigrew,KVBosh,Suh,Logan,A.Smith) can we fire him?Just ask your self this question are the Detroit Lion's ON PAPER a better football team than 2-14,are they better than the Rams.Browns,Bucs,Jags,49ers,Skins,Broncos,Bills,Cards,Raiders,Cincy,Seattle? i think the Lions are better than all those teams....the freaking Bears are 9-3  and we have a better roster..that falls on the coach.

He says he wants to win ,he talks about the 11 wins in 4 years. Let me start by saying i think Ndamnakong Suh might be the best DT in the NFL ,he's in the top 3 for sure.Physical,quick,he shed's blocks,he can handle double teams,great pass rusher for a DT.plays the run pretty good,he has a mean streak,you need at that position.

My question is do you think Suh is to aggressive? I love the way he plays and if i were the Lion's i would pay his fines for him (if they are allowed too).He makes other QB's think about where he is on every snap,that split second wondering about Ndamnakong might throw off his timing or cause a rushed throw.

How many Detroit Lions will make this years Pro Bowl team.This is a pretty talented team,with some of the NFC s' best players on both sides on the ball.Ndamnkong Suh,Calvin Johnson,L.Delmas,S.Logan are as good as any player in the NFC at their position.With B.Pettigrew having a pretty good year at TE,A.Smith near the NFL lead in INT and Cliff Avril playing lights out (when he's on the field--different post,he had a good game Sunday but again didn't play most of the snaps--too much S.Rogers in him--plays when he wants to)

Yes the Lions will probably finish 2-14,so how many Pro Bowl players will a 2-14 team have .I think that 5 guys should make the Squad (Suh,CJ,Delmas,Step Logan and,Pettigrew ).This is why i say Schwartz should be fired.5-7 Pro Bowl type guys,and he has 4 wins in 2 years; all vs some real bad teams (2-Wash,Clev - sucked last yr,Rams-with a Rookie QB in his 5th start-missing his top 3 WR's)

The Lions are 4-21 under Jim Schwartz ( one of the worst 25 stretches by one coach in NFL history).Still many people think he needs to keep his job? Why? Yes they lost their QB for a good chunk of the year ( Hill happens to be a top notch back up)  Looks to me like these guys can get away with anything and not be held accountable,that's a big mistake .A player can commit a 15 yd penalty on 3 and 14 (Schwartz won't say anything to the guy) 3 plays later,same guy jumps off sides on a 4th and 3.Lions have no game plan.,no direction,they have bad clock management and that falls on Schwartz.

Yes i know the Detroit Lions are still about 8-10 solid guys away from being a pretty good team.Starters and some depth guys.Yes i realize the Lions can use everyone on this list.If you had to choose just 1 guy,the Lions could really use,for next years team.Going into next season with a healthy J.Best,Stafford and Levy.

Which 1 guy would you think could help the Lions the most.

The Lions have shown some improvement over the past few years.I know the wins aren't there ( i had 'em going 7-9) looks more like 4-12. Some core groups have been pretty good.DL is one of the best in the NFL.The QB situation seems to be ok (Stafford-Hill) Very good WR-TE group.But there are some area's that just SUCK .Which area has hurt this years Lions team the most.

     I went with injuries ,i feel a healthy Stafford and J.Best wouldv'e given us 2-3 more wins.

Just checking to see how many of the die-hards are still hanging around.I realize it's not fun following a losing team,that will probably suffer though it's worst season in 30+ years,but i still like to watch the progress of guys.I'm starting to notice the younger guys getting frustrated on the bench.Wondering why they play 4 minutes a night.When the guy starting in front of him is going 3-14 from the floor with 3 rebounds in 37 minutes.Night after night.Detroit needs to play the youngsters,get some chemistry,and see if these guys can gel into a decent team.Yes i know we have too many SG/SF  and could use an offensive Center,Monroe could get 12 pts ,7 rbs and 3 ast a night .(and actually make some free-throws.) Sad when u lose by 3 pts and you hit 14 of 26 free throws.

What sucks the most is Pistons will have a top 3 pick (if the ball bounces right-yeah right it's all fixed anyways-why does the guy hide behind a curtain to draw the balls?)  Next years draft will be one of the weakest drafts in years.So getting a John Wall,LeBron or a ShaQ  won't happen.

Yes i know we have a bunch of games left and things will happen to change the NFL draft .Here's MY dream draft for 2011..I am drafting based on Lions needs,draft position,and team depth..I'm going to predict pick # 4 for the Lions:  this is based on the # 4 pick for all 7 rounds (doesn't include traded draft picks ,etc)

 Round 1) Patrick Peterson CB-LSU    (once again the Lions get the best player in the draft..Suh,Calvin and didn't need the #1 pick to get them)  .. Buffalo will take a QB first overall (Locker/Luck or Mallett) : Carolina will take a QB next (Mallett/Luck or Locker) and Cleveland will take a WR at pick #3 ( AJ Green or J.Jones) leaving Peterson for the Lions ...Round 2) Gabe Carmini  OT- Wisc  .  Great run blocker,pretty good pass blocker,  He steps in and takes over at LT/RT or RG from day 1..Round 3)   Quan Sturdivamt      LB-N.Carolina     He can play MLB/OLB and has a chance to be a great LB behind the Lions front 4...Round 4) Will Hill    S-Florida       Hill could be a fast riser come draft time (getting him in round 4 would be a steal)..Round 5) Pernell McPhee    DE- Miss ST    Physical DE ,that can get to the QB and slow down run games.Round 6)  Welsh  K-Georgia      Welsh has the ability to Place kick,punt and handle KO's  (Lions need to improve all 3 areas)..Round 7)  Chris Rucker     CB/S-Mich State     Rucker will  add depth at CB,S  and special teams.

Let's start by saying there is no way on earth; i would want Joey or do i think the Lions should sign him.I just read,in another post ( Lions sign QB post,someone put down let's bring back Joey) .I'm just wondering what the fan reaction at  Ford field would be for Joey,if he was brought in for the rest of the year.I think Joey got a Super Bowl ring from the Saints last year (not sure) i think he was the 3rd string QB for a couple years there,then he got cut in pre-season last year.

A blown call vs the Bears (yes it's an NFL rule) but Calvin scored a TD .and if the Lions run the ball inside 2 mins ,we probably beat the NY Jets (who have to be the worst 6-2 team in the league) The Lions could be 4-4 in the playoff hunt,but as things turned out they are 2-6 with a decent schedule the rest of the way.MY question is are the Detroit Lions better than a 2-6 football team?

Non-Sports fan-   I'm guessing 70% of the fans on here are the guys that have been to 1-2 games in their lives,maybe catch a game or 2 a year on TV.But come playoff time these guys will claim to be the Pistons biggest fans.(i go to maybe 12-15 games a yr..watch probably half the games on TV) these non-sports fans actually think Stuckey is better than R.Rondo (Boston)and will fight til the end trying to prove Stuckey is better. Rondo is a top 5 pt guard.Stuckey is a real nice player,but hes an avg guard(certainly below avg pt. guard)..the non-sports fan think the Pistons can win 50 games this year and have a shot at making a deep run in the playoffs (yes we should be positive and support the team i agree) but when you have to argue ,call people names,etc trying to prove this years team is a good team-then you are a non-sports fan..this years Pistons team might be the worst team in the NBA (bottom 3 for sure) we have no explosive ,game changers..a guy that can get 47 pts and 16 rbs  or 18 pts and 15 assist.Just about every other team in the NBA has a guy that can win a game,not the Pistons.I will still go to games,watch em on TV ,i like the NBA ,i wanna watch guys grow (Monroe etc)  but i'm willing to bet these non-sports fans won't be around after our 2-10 start..      =NON-SPORTS FAN

Most Detroit Lions fans wanted the team to draft Ndamukong Suh last year.I'm guessing 75% of the fans did.My question is more to the fans that wanted another player at pick #2. Has Ndamukong Suh been worth the pick,or do you still feel another guy would be better for this Lions team? I think Suh has played at a Pro-Bowl level and yes Sam Bradford (Rams QB) has been very good for them, i think Suh will end up getting rookie of the year.Unless Bradford leads the Rams to an unreal year,like a 10-6 record.

      People wanted  S-Eric Berry  ,LT -Russell Okung,even Gerald McCoy DT     i think the Lions got the perfect guy for this team..

I think the Detroit Pistons will have a hard time finding wins this year,losing a few guys to early injuries will hurt the depth.This isn't a very deep team to begin with.How many wins will the Pistons string together this year? I see them going 16-25 at home  and 9-32 away from for an over all record of   25-57  .what do you think?

Yes the season is only a few weeks old and there's a lot of football left to be played.Who is the Detroit Lions team MVP to this point? Is it a backup QB,the stud WR (Deion Sanders called the 2nd best WR in the game today,on NFL network last night) Could it be a rookie defensive guy,maybe a rookie offensive player.Is it a free agent or an old vet.

The score is 21-17 4:00 mins left and Nate Burelson fumbles on the NYG 47.Why not challenge the fumble?Yes it was clearly a fumble ,but while Nate was laying there he puts his hands on the ball ,while its on the ground.while a Giants defender laying on Nates back reaches down and snags the ball from Nates hands.This would be down by contact.Shwartz shouldv'e challenged this .Why didn't he? Sure he's probably at the bottom of the coaches when it comes to game managing,strategy,in game adjustments and clock managing. At some point this Lions team needs to win some games.There are a couple of teams with less personal than this Lions team,T Bay,STL,KC,just to name a few. that seem to be doing OK.Schwartz seems to know what he's doing,but why cant this team win?Yeah they dont throw to CJ enough,the QB is out.Defense SUCKS.Is it time for another coaching change?Hard to believe ,but i say yes.Schwartz is 2-33 as a head coach.I could be 2-33 as a head coach.ACTUALLY i would be better than 2-33,just by the laws of parity.The Lions have mid-level talent and some Elite players,so 2-33 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE...Schwartz already owns the worse coaching record in pro sports history,can he last a full season the way hes going?

I'll be the  first to admit i had the Lions at 6-10 ..7-9.I don't see that happening now.more like 2-3 wins.My question is will the Detroit Lions have another top 3 pick in 2011? I say yes pick 2.With Buffalo having pick 1.I'm sure people will say Stafford has been hurt and the offense hasn't clicked yet.Yes Stafford is a major part of this team and they will be pretty good on offense.It's the defense that will give up 30+ a game and give 'em a top 3 pick.I'm guessing LT,CB,CB,OLB,  should be the top 4 selections.But what do the fans know?Kinda sucks that the season is over after week 3, again . The NBA is becoming so freaking bad, that it's actually a joke.During the draft (to clear up cap room) teams were trading 2 first round picks, for  one 2nd round pick. We saw Hinrich and the 17th pick get traded for pick 35.M.Beasley (2nd over all pick 3 years ago ) goes to Minnesota for a 2nd rounder (with Miami probably a top 6 team now ) that 2nd round pick will be something like pick 56.Yes they are gonna swap 1st rounders too (but the TWolves will be greatly improved in 2 years) so it will be like trading pick 19 for pick 26 in round 1.Did the Pistons have a chance at getting Beasley for a 2nd rounder?Did they have a chance at Hinrich and 17th pick for Detroits 36th.Why didnt we sign Jermaine Oneal for 2 years at $12 million? Is the NBA trying to help other teams out ? (yes they do this often)Did Joe Dumars try ANY moves this off season?  4-6 good point guards out there,that would greatly improve this Pistons team.Have not heard any mention of Detroit going after any if them.Yes they tried to OVER PAY for Haywood (whats he getting $11 million a year-WOW)

If there wasnt a team in Michigan i would have no intrest in the NBA ,thats how HORRIBLE it has become.No wonder ratings fell more than 60%  (if you take out the finals)

Ralphgoblue and thunder_god08 use the same computer.(work computer) Federal Building Detroit Mi.They are not the same guy(try looking up names,etc--instead of computer IPs) but how would you know this? Mike is a guy that knows a little something about computers,web sites,etc but very little about the Pistons,the NBA and sports in general.Thats why more than 80 % of the members never come back to this site.There have been MANY complaints on other sites about this one.The lack of basketball knowledge is usually the main topic ( you get more basketball info on the Lions or Wings sites than this one) NBA draft few days ago ( there were like 3-4 posts after the draft-about the draft) Funny that people care if someone has a type-o .Or when there is a poll,some people will complain,that the poll was dumb or something like that..Who cares if a poll is dumb..People seem to be trying to start conversation and NON-sports fans, will shoot these people down quickly .I know of 4-5 people that tried this site ;but thought there were way too many 'asses' on here,so they didnt even bother coming back.Mike isnt the kinda of guy to stand up to these 'asses' and say something (maybe like--'take it easy' or 'let a guy have his opinion' or even something like'cool it a little' ) but thats fine it's Mikes site and he can lose as many people as he wants.  

PS   There are 11 others that use this same computer system here at work (i'm not sure if the IP Address is linked thru all 6 computers--but it could be--i don't know enough about computers to know if 6 computers can be linked to one IP Address)so  ralphgoblue isnt  10 other people,incase you were wondering.

Do you like this pick by the Detroit Pistons? I LOVE this pick..im tired of having a center that scores 3 pts a game..(Ben Wallace has been very good for the Pistons) but its time to upgrade the center/PF area with a guy that can rebound and score.Monroe should be a top 5-10  Eastern conf Center  ;about mid season(not a lot of great centers in the east) I can see  something like : 15.3 pts..9.1 Rbs..2.8 ast  

A couple of months ago i said the Lions were about to sign OL Jammal Brown (Saints) He missed last yr because of an injury.But he is fully recovered and 28 yrs old and  one of the better OL in the NFL (  VERY strong LT,RT or either guard) Lions were waiting for the "price " to drop on him. The  original asking price was a 1st and 3rd round pick  (Lions COULDVE HAD HIM ;for next years 3rd Rounder ;about  2 weeks ago (according to MY SOURCES)they were talking to the Saints BUT DIDNT PULL THE TRIGGER--they became passive,and wanting to play the waiting game) Well the Washington Redskins have traded for him  (reports have a 4th and 6th rounder for him) this is a YOUNG  PRO-BOWL   LT  the Lions couldve had for YEARS and YEARS.Mayhew tried to "under cut" another team,this time i think it back fired BIG TIME. He had a chance to get a VERY good LT and the Lions wouldve been MUCH better..Mayhew has been OUTSTANDING  but this one couldve been his best move (will turn out to be his worst ) Jammal Brown will be the STARTING LT for the NFC in the PRO BOWL again and my Lions will be drafting a rookie LT next year.

I would LOVE it if the Lions could get this guy.I say give the Skins our 2nd round pick in 2011 ,then our 3rd rounder 2012  (he would be worth it).  He is probably the ONLY player in the NFL, that  would turn this Lions defense into a pretty good one (top 10-12 in the league) He is the best run stopper in the game.He gets pressure on the QB just about every snap,forcing bad throws,turnovers,etc.Albert would help the LBs,DBs and the D-Line (pressure QB,always in back field,takes 2-3 blockers (free up everyone else) the DBs wouldnt have to cover as long.The Skins told him they brought him in to be a dominate DT in a 4-3 (he told them he would NEVER play in a 3-4) 1 year later ,they are going to a 3-4..This is how i see this.  If  the Colts went from a pass happy team,to a run first team (with the BEST QB in the NFL) i would see Manning complaining, talking ,etc,because his PRODUCTION would drop badly,same thing for Albert,he's the best DT in the NFL (in a 4-3 system) move him to a 3-4 and maybe he doesn't dominate.
