heres a site that 500+ people believe Calvin Johnson is tradeable..

They arent Lions fans..just TRUE NFL fans. its about 50/50 about trading him or not ..but if you can get a DT or LT and a descent WR ( 2 for 1) CJ would be gone instantly..WRs dont win games D-Lines and O-Lines do

with CJ Lions 5-11 with a trade Lions 7-9 this team NEEDS more pieces, 1 GREAT WR (CJ) isnt as good as adding 2-3 starters

Fonoti was fightning for a starting spot in Carolina ,one of the best OL in NFL

also signed Eric Hicks he will add depth to DL

at least these signing will bring depth 2 of the teams weaker areas and will drop the lower rung players off the depth chart .. thats always a good thing

my buddy says Staffords is online,but i cant find it..

ive found Calvin Johnson,Kobe,Jason Hansons,Osgood every name ive looked for ,but i cant get Staffords .. ithink its not signed

If someone finds Staffords plz link it for the rest of us....ps why do some many people think i was "making up" contracts online..its been like that for 10 yrs

Larry Foote says he would like to play for Detroit,but hes not sure the felling is mutual. ( NFL.com / rumors - Larry Foote..Detroit News,Larry Foote Google,Footes agent, and Pittsburgh Post Gazette) hope thats enough sourses for you..as of 12:10 pm Apr 30th.. and Steelers.com says Cards/Indy and Browns have shown an intrest in Foote..

Plz remember I WANT FOOTE badly,hes young,can play 3 downs,would start day 1..hes a winner , and he would make the LB core very good..

According to Detroit News and Pittsburg Steelers.com Foote had 3 chances (in the past 4 yrs to come to Detroit) he turned them down all 3 times ( Lions offered more money than Pitt each time)

I read where he would like to play at home ( Detroit) but hes not sure thats the Lions want him . i wonder why the Lions wouldnt want him? he will be 29 during the season ,but most linebackers can play into mid 30s no problem)

Im not sure where this came from ..the Steelers MIGHT release him after mini camp,but an injury to L.Timmons makes his release VERY doubtful..

I would love Foote in a Lions uniform.. i know hes not a MLB , but the Lions would use him there. go blue

we need a LT MLB and we could be 6-10 7-9 any thoughts...not bad after 0-16 i wouldnt mind one more bad yr thou , get a top 3 pick and really build...

Yes Detroit NEEDS a LT ( Backus is a 10 yr starter--that needs a LG to help him) id like Backus at LG and Murtha / Salaam(pick him up plz) or Loper to start LT..

But C.Johnson is top 3 WRs in NFL

Pettigrew is a recv/blocker (runs guys over for yds)

R.Curry / B.Johnson / D.Williams will be a decent 2-4 guys ( they will ALWAYS be 1on1--with Calvin taking 2 guys every snap)

K.Smith and M.Morris are a nice 1-2 punch that should keep the chains movin

I think this offense is a LT and maybe a guard from being an ELITE unit..

QB Stafford D.Culpepper

WR C.Johnson WR B.Johnson R.Curry D.Williams

TE Pettigrew M.Gaines Fitzsimmons Gronkowski

RB K.Smith M.Morris

thats some pretty good depth at skill positions

next draft ..free agent time build both lines OL and DL and Detroit WILL BE pretty good

I will give this grade an A+ .. in 1 draft the Lions have gone COMPLETLY away from "Millen ball".. Detroit drafted players they thought were the best on there board..they didnt listen to fans,ESPN or college hype..

People need to realize ALL 10 of these guys will make this team (because the Lions depth is Horrible) this will bring youth speed and TALENT.. these 10 guys will drop the 10 worst guys off the roster,thus an instant upgrade.

Stafford will be either an ELITE QB or a very good one (he will not be a bust or avg--way too many good things about him)

Pettigrew and Gronkowski give the TEs MUCH needed help , 2 guys that will catch the ball and BREAK tackles ( whos the last Lions TE to break tackles? ) plus Pettigrew will be a MONSTER on 3rd and 1 (blocking the run) 3rd n4 he will catch it ..and he will take a saftey away from C.Johnson at times..

Delmas starts day 1 and is compared to Ed Reed,Bob Sanders,and Troy Polumalu ( the MOST important players on their teams--Sanders is 2nd to Peyton on his team) have you ever watched this kid play ? hes OUTSTANDING..he was destroying Beanie Wells in his "allstar" game.

Murtha WILL BE the STARTING LT this yr .. he missed 5 games last yr ( if he didnt he'd be 2nd round guy) 6'7 315 still growing.. GREAT feet and work ethic ..

Hill ,Follet and Levy were EXCELLENT pick ups...Hill will upgrade a NON athletic DT spot by himself .....Follet flies around the field HE IS BETTER THAN E.SIMS a guy drafted in round 1 .... Levy Dominated OSU ,Michigan,Pennst when i watched him ..Follet / Levy will probably rotate at MLB,to make a real good player..

D.Williams / Brown give the us 2 GREAT return guys and add depth ..at WR and RB.. Williams will be the 3rd or 4th recv and Brown is a great recv out of the back field...( last yr the Lions 3rd string back had 6 rush attempts and 0 catches)

in my mind its an A+ draft ..its gonna take one more 3-13 yr ,another free agent class and draft,before this team is a Solid NFL team ..thats all im asking for .

Do they realize the 2 BIGGEST needs for this team are LT and MLB and at 20 Oher and Malaluga are sitting there...this defense gave up 32 + pts per game and has 0 MLB..and u let an ELITE one pass u by.. there will be 4-5 TEs in round 3....another wasted draft ..no wonder they have 1 playoff win in 57 yrs they cant draft..lets take a QB ,when we have one and pass on 2 HUGE needs...Pettigrew is decent but way too many TEs in this draft

Signed him before 12 now lets build this team

I will not complain about Stafford , i know Detroit needs a "franchise" QB and Stafford was the only guy in this draft i wouldve wanted at QB..so i promise not to talk bad about him,

Lets use the rest of this draft on defense , 6 picks left ( use 5 of them on def) maybe grab a TE ( pick 82 ) ...

Stafford should be a good QB for a while,he has a strong arm ,as strong as a ANY QB ( equals Cutler) ..The NFC north has some decent QBs now , Stafford,Culter,Rogers,Sage ( i think he will will out in Minn) ...

Stafford will be ok 1st pick but 20/33 go defense

If the Lions do take M.Stafford 1st pick,plz dont "reach" for a LT at 20.( looks like the top 4 LT will be gone before pick 20) so dont grab a guy ( E.Britton or W.Beatty - that looks like an NFL RT) use the next few picks on defense.. 20 Malaluga or Z.Hood ....and at 33 Larinidas or Delmas Safety W.Mich ( reminds me of Polomalu / Ed Reed ) 20 or 33 HAVE to be a MLB..

If Malaluga is gone buy 20, I would like to trade out of 20 ( to maybe get late 1st rounder and a 3rd) dropping 6-7 spots and adding a pick in round 3 ..seems alot better than having just pick 20.. maybe Harvin will be the guy people will want ( Minn / Philly / Miami)
