Remind me again what I should be yelling at the TV?

So I have noticed that here at the Cafe we have many wonderfully multilingual people, who help to translate foreign news stories and do other cool stuff (<-- i couldn't think of anything else as I typed but I'm sure you get the idea.) And now I would like to request their help with a little dilemma I (and maybe some others) have...

Oh wise and and wonderful PdC members who are much more wise and wonderful than me, please tell me what I should be yelling / muttering at the TV as I follow the Tour in the wee hours of the morning.

Because I just *know* the riders can hear me and my demands/encouragements/threats and it would be a whole lot better if I could utter my demands/encouragements/threats in their mother tongue.

Tips on pronunciation would also help muchly, for those as challenged as myself when it comes to languages.

Sydney cyclist Peter McDonald won the Austrlian road race championships, beating Mick Rogers and Adam Hansen in a sprint finish. McDonald rides for the Drapac-Porshe team.
