Canes Country Calling all Card Collectors!

I know a number of us are card collectors. Recently I have upped my activity on sites such as EBay, Cardboard Village, Beckett, etc. but I want to interact with Carolina Hurricanes collectors. I was interested in seeing if any of you frequent these sites or have any other good sites to visit. I am willing to trade as well. We can try and unify on one site to help maximize our trading efforts as well.

Lastly, I do not live near Raleigh. I live in Charleston, S.C. When I make it up for a few games this year, I was hoping to visit the local card stores. Are there any good ones in the area? If you want to look me up on any of the card sites, I always try and keep the same handle: raysncanes.

Cheers guys!

Matt

Canes Country Contract Restructuring

After reading the post about Cole and his exit interview, I have a question for those with knowledge beyond my own in the realm of contracts and salaries.

What are the chances that players like Cole  and Brind' Amour would accept a contract restructuring? I understand that major league athletes are always trying bank the biggest contract and rightfully so. But when these players are failing to perform at high levels, continue to receive big money contract, and have little trade value, something has to give? This is wishful thinking more than likely but I was curious if this was an option and if there was any chance in the slightest that a team could work a deal of this nature.
