Durant asks fans for ESPN Insider password
In case you guys didn't see this, some of the funniest stuff I've seen in a long time.
Kevin Durant, a multi-millionaire, went on Twitter tonight to ask his followers if they could send him an ESPN Insider Username and Password.
Seriously. The guy makes millions of dollars, and he can't pay 30 bucks a year for an Insider account.
Can somebody bless me wit a password for espn insider, once agin..thanks
After that, a bunch of people wrote to him, bashing him for not ponying up the money himself (though a bunch of idiots also posted their Username and Password directly to Twitter, so if you've ever wanted access to Insider just search for tweets directed at @kdthuderup and you'll have tons of usernames/passwords)
Durant must have got a little sensitive, so he posted this next:
All i ask for is a password and i get everything but that..."u make this, u make that" SHUT IT UP, RIGHT NOW!!!
Wow...
Then he responded to someone who wrote to him
You don't have 7$ a month to pay for insider?
Durant's response?
nope
Real estate must be expensive in OKC...
Why has the United Center not hosted an ASG?
Anyone know what the story is here? Seems like most of the newer arenas have hosted. I know the old Chicago Stadium had it 20+ years ago, but the U.C. was built in '94 and I don't remember them ever making a serious run at hosting All Star Weekend. Now the building is 16 years old, but what about in the 90s when it was still one of the newer arenas in the league?
