Taylor Mays

What are the odds that Taylor Mays will fall to 49 or what are the odds of trading up to get him. We definately need secondary help and he's the best FS on the board

Eric Berry's worth

Watching Eric Berry on tape during the season and his combine, this guy is unbelievable. He is a sure fire first year starter and even possibly a pro bowler. If he slips to 7 I would give my right nut to aquire him. He's one of the few sure stars coming out and prob the best player in the draft. Come on Baalke, make me proud!

Trading up in the draft

What are the odds of us trading up a few slots to get the best player in the draft Berry out of Ten, they say he could slip to 7. what type of compensation would we have to give( the 13th and a fifth rounder)?

Niners Nation Mcnabb holds the key to the NFC West championship for the 49ers

Donovan Mcnabb could be the key to winning the NFC West championship for 3 out of 4 of the teams in the Division.  The San Francisco 49ers have a quarterback in Alex Smith who is unproven and after five years still wet behind the ears.  I know a lot of people are excited about what Alex Smith will do next year, but personally I don’t think he has what it takes to lead this team to a championship, especially not in the kind of offense that Raye and Singletary run.  They are a direct snap smash mouth type of team and Smith excels in the spread shotgun packages (if you can call it excelling).  If you look at what smith did last year his stats were average at best.  If you take into account that a handful of the touchdowns he threw were spot passes over the middle to Vernon Davis he finished with a close TD to INT ratio.  Alex Smith is mediocre at surveying the field and reading defenses and never looks confident.  Donovan Mcnabb is a proven winner and leader even when having a not so talented receiving crew .With the weapons that the 49ers have in the receiving game he could push them over the edge and they could really compete for not only a NFC west championship but a NFL championship.  I have heard many sportscasters wonder why the 49ers haven’t made a move for Mcnabb, being they have 2 first round draft picks and losing a second rounder wouldn’t hurt, especially to get a 33 year old franchise quarterback with the talent that Mcnabb possesses.  Is the shuffling in the front office taking the concentration off of what’s good for the team?

Niners Nation 49ers and Lions meet with Pac Man Jones

Has anyone else seen anything about this.  I just saw it on the bottom line of my iphone scorecenter while watching the tourney scores.  I know they were talking about the 49ers attending a workout but havent heard anything since.  I don't know if anyone really cares about this idiot anyway.  This post was too short so I have to add enough words to actully make it go on the website.  I think this should do the trick for me.
