Sometimes, there are better ways to announce staff picks for rookie of the year.
Blazersedge reader bracket?
Will there be a Blazersedge Reader bracket tourney this year? I don't remember when they usually get posted but I do recall one the last 2 years
LPBB / Blazers question
I currently have Directv, which unfortunately does not get CSN so for the most part this season, I have missed almost all Blazer games that aren't on TNT or KGW without hitting the pirate streams. II want to purchase LPBB but the blackout rules say they blackout games based on your ISPs zip code. Mine directs to Beaverton, OR which is correct, however I would like to know from anyone else with LPBB if they are truly blacking out Blazer games. I feel pretty stuck, I can't switch to Comcast. I do watch other teams so the Blazers are not the only reason to get it, for me, but it would be the only reason I would pay for it. Thanks for your time..
Tomorrow (Sunday) morning at 8AM on Cartoon Network, the program Run It Back will be airing a 1-hour recap / replay of the Thunder vs. Blazer game - I watched last weeks show which was Heat vs. Celtics which was interesting. It's a sped up, action-only show with pop-up video style facts, heads up info etc. with the occasional flaming net and streaking basketball effects. I am not saying it's the best thing in the world, but what else is there to watch at 8AM on a Sunday? Check it out
NBATV interview with George Karl, asking if the Northwest Division is the toughest in the West...
...Portland... I don't know how they've assembled so much talent. I hope they got too much talent. There is a point where you get too much talent, and we're hoping that they just have too many guys, and there will be unhappiness throughout the team and we're praying for a negative karma...
60-32 -- Portland's lead with 2:07 in the first half of Sunday's Spurs-Blazers game. According to Elias Sports Bureau, the 28-point margin is the largest first-half deficit San Antonio has faced in Tim Duncan's 12 seasons with the team

Ball Don't Lie 2on2 Finals
Vote for Brandon Roy and Lamarcus Aldridge, they take on down Lebron James and Zydrunas Ilgauskas...
Final Match-up: LeBron James and Zydrunas Ilgauskas vs. Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge.
How the Cavaliers got here: Defeated the Celtics' Pierce and Garnett (with 51% of the vote), the Magic's Lewis and Howard (52%), the Wizards' Butler and Jamison (77%) and the Bulls' Rose and Deng (77%).
How the Blazers got here: Defeated the Spurs' Parker and Duncan (with 69% of the vote), the Lakers' Kobe and Gasol (with 54% of the vote), the Thunder's Durant and Green (66%) and the Hornets' Paul and West (54%). I said it before, and I'll say it again, what an impressive tournament run.
