LA's new "football" team

It turns out after all that Stan Kroenke is planning on moving a team to Los Angeles. It just turns out that in this case the team plays futbol not football. Stan has plans to have an academy team for Arsenal called the LA Gunners. Looks like this is what the property bought will be used for.

Rams tender Darian Stewart

With the news of Louis Delmas coming into Rams Park for a visit, most around Turf Show Times believe it is a done deal. However, according to Jim Thomas, the Rams have offered a low tender to D...

Bulger fighting to keep physicality

Despite being the most sacked for quite a few years, Bulger is pleading to keep the rules the way they are. This is something all NFL and especially Rams fans should respect. Definitely worth a read.

A solution to our future RB needs

With the signing of Mike Tolbert by the Carolina Panthers, they currently have 4 solid running backs on their roster. There is no way they can keep all of them. Mike Goodson has shown a lot of...

Donnie Avery up to full speed

I know we got a hell of a bundle of WRs right on our roster battling it out and one of the main Wide Receivers that many have questions about is Donnie Avery. It is of not secret that I am a huge...

Something that needs to be said on here

TST is starting to become childish a bit for my taste. Guys and gals, quit getting so butt hurt if people disagree with your opinion or with the Front Office. Everyone has their own opinion and...

A solution to our backup RB and eventual replacement of SJAX?

I hadn't thought of this option before and I know I haven't seen anyone on TST bring this up before so I thought I would. I have gone through the options of picking up Reggie Bush, Ronnie Brown,...

Reggie Bush to the Rams?

The Saints went ahead and traded up to the Patriots spot to pick up Mark Ingram. No surprise that New England was able to get more draft picks as they are studs at manipulating the NFL draft but...

Kroenke to buy Majority share of Arsenal

It has been reported by ESPN that Kroenke intends to up his share of the English Premier League club from 30% to 62% of the club. Each share is worth over $19,000. I wonder how much of an affect...

Qb's drafted playing a major impact

I wasn't sure whether or not to create a post about this or not since we have our franchise qb, but who is available and if we trade down depends on the qb's in the draft. Now I wanted to get a...

Offensive Guard Problem Fixed?

Robert Gallery announced that he is parting ways with the Raiders during Free Agency. The man was the #2 pick in the '04 draft. He started in 91 games for the Raiders since then. Thats pretty...

Ronnie Brown

Just a thought. What if we went and got Ronnie Brown as Jackson's backup in free agency. He would likely take about 10 carries away with Jackson still having about 20 carries a game. Ronnie was in his contract season and didn't produce well but that means he would come relatively cheap. I personally feel he has a lot left in the tank as he had terrible quarterbacks all season in Henne and Thigpen, thus letting defenses load the box on him and Ricky Williams. Brown would also give the Rams a wildcat option. I think this would be a viable option. Let me know what you guys think.

Westbrook Signs with the 49ers

Once again the Rams missed out on an opportunity to sign a quality backup for Jackson as Brian Westbrook signed with the rival 49ers today. Hopefully, we can find a quality running back that...
