Well it worked in the 90's why not try again? I mean what do we seriously have to lose? Another year without a playoff win? I mean I have been waiting a decade and Wade just can not get to these guys. I don't think Wade would take a demotion to Defensive coordinator, but that would be real ideal! With our personal of running backs Shanahan would have a hay day. I really want to hear people's thoughts on this idea because I love it our offense was really struggling towards the end of the year.

Rebuild Around Witten

I am absolutely disgusted at the way this year turned out. On top of an extremely poor coached team we have some of the most egotistic loud mouths I have ever seen. Put up or shut up, do not string me along and keep telling me we have the "Best team in the league." I mean come on Quincy Carter got us to the playoffs. This group of over payed heartless good for nothing players are nowhere near the "Best team in the league."

For example look how Jerry goes out and resigns Ken Hamlin one of the hardest hitting safetys in the league after an outstanding previous year with us, but how does he repay him? He goes out and plays some of the most uninspired football I have ever seen. If I was a coach and I saw that Ravens game he would be benched until he showed me he had some fire. It sure did Donovan Mcnabb some good. I would have bench this entire team at least once.

Yet there is one outstanding example on our team who needs to step up and be a leader. This is our soft spoken Jason Witten. Nobody out there plays with more heart and determination than Jason Witten. Now if I was a coach I bring him into my office and explain to him you are my guy. I need you to get the other players around you motivated. Now I know Jason is a very keep to himself guy from what I have heard, but sometimes you need a leader to rally around and we need more guys like Jason Witten someone that goes out and plays the game for the game not for the next contract or to pick up his paycheck by showing up.

This draft, since I have nothing else to look forward to, does not need to be about who has the most talent, but rather heart I want to go out and get Rudy type players I do not care if we lose anymore and go 0-16, but if I ever have to watch a game like Philly again, I for one thing will not be able to stand it. We were nothing but heartless good for nothing piles. Someone have more pride I am more embarrased for the Dallas Cowboys than the Detroit Lions right now. A playoff game was in our hands all we had to do is win and we do not show up. One thing is for certain......Jason Garrettt please get a head coaching job I am begging you!!!!!

I am really antsy about tomorrows game. I look forward to not only a very physical game but a historic game, being the last home game in the stadium. I am ready to see our D continue its hot streak. Just a pregame prediction due to the strength of schedule of the Ravens and some careful analysis of their defense, Barber's injury, and the entertainment factor Jerry wants to display in this game, I am predicting a 400 yard game for Romo even though it is the Ravens defense I feel like Andy Reid will manifest himself into Garett and we will throw the ball the entire game. Hopefully there are a lot of screen passes to Choice because I love that play!!!!

Who Has Got Earth Wind and Fire Now?

I heard John Madden talking in the pregame show on how the Giants had the three rbs who they nicknamed Earth wind and fire, but from the looks of things we might just have to steal that. Barber could definitely steal the Earth description, Felix wind, and now with the emergence of our fiery young rookie who absolutely torched the Giants we got ourselves a little fire in our run game. I will tell you what I really wish Felix was still playing but when he does come back next year we are gonna have us one heck of a three headed monster!!!

Hear is to Choice whom the coaches might just have to start this week after his solid performance and Barber's injury I am loving you right now.

Ok I hear a lot of ranting and raving on this site right now but come on if anything I saw a lot in this game that actually made me very happy.

First off Teshard Choice played out of his mind and he was a great pick in the draft. He really runs with a lot of heart.

Also to mention another rookie, Orlando Scandrick showed once again he was probably the best steal in the draft. He is better than Jenkins in my mind.

The Defense played extremely well, and do not blame Newman on that long pass i blame it on not being physical with a smaller reciever and Wade not pressing on a situation like that.

We are currently sitting in position to make the playoffs lets just win out.

Are you kidding me how do you shoot yourself in the leg? Only Cheddar Bob from Eight Mile can be that stupid. It is all of you guys that continue to talk about how TO is the dumbest WR in the league, but are you kidding me. If this was TO he would have been released already. He is being more of a distraction than what TO was in Philly the coach just does not have the balls to cut him loose. He is the most selfish receiver in the league by far and what are you doing in a night club with alcohol involved holding a gun anyways. The giants should fine him a huge sum place him on IR and then look to get anything for this useless dumb receiver.

Savor This Weekend

With probably the toughest four game stretch in the nfl coming upon the Cowboys after this week I am not looking past the Seahawks but I am trying to take some comfort in knowing that we are probably going to win this game. The next four games on the other hand are a tossup. Giants, Pittsburgh, Baltimore then Philly.

Baltimore laid down the law on Philly so I am not sure what state of dissary Philly is in, but if they are able to finally let Westbrook heal that will also be a very dangerous game. This also shows you that Baltimore is not messing around.

Pittsburgh has one of the better quarterbacks in the league right now as Roethlisberger has been playing out of his mind in his ability to stand in the pocket (Forvever) and still make plays. Watching him pick up some of those first downs last week against Cincy really showed some poise in this young Qb that already has a ring.

And of Course who can forget the Giants. Without Plaxico and Jacobs they were still able to pull a win from the Cards. The Cards really hindered us for a couple weeks with that injury to Romo, but I just can not help to point this game out. Sorry T.O. but your number one receiver just does not win games for you, it is your offensive and defensive line play.

So savor in the fact that this might be the only upcoming week where there is a high probability of winning. After that who knows how we will come out of that four game stretch..

Losing Miles Is Really Going to Hurt

I don't know about everyone else, but I think Miles Austin's injury is really gonna hurt us down the stretch. With Romo back I look for Jason to open up the offense a little more in the passing game, but we just lost our only deep threat. Roy Williams and TO are not deep threat wide receivers and who do we have to turn to? Isaih Stanback?Patrick Crayton? Come on lets be serious here. Without a deep threat Wr teams can play a lot closer to the line of scrimmage also hurting the run game. Miles Austin was our one Wr that could stretch the field and put a little fear in Defensive Coordinator's game plan. Now we are gonna miss him going down the playoff hunt. We need him on the field just as much as we need TO and Roy Williams. Hurry Back Miles AUstin because we need you healthy. I hate this Injury Bug that is going around Dallas.

I do not know what Jerry Jones is doing, but for 3 million dollars for an offensive coordinator he better be better than what Jason Garrett is showing. Our gameplan yesterday wa horrible on offense. I mean if Barber had not broken that catch for 70 yards we would have only had 17 points against a mediocre defense. One thing I saw which would be so easy to correct is more protection for Romo. Jason gets too involved with trying to get yards that maybe the more important thing to do is protect your Qb with leaving Marion in to block a little more. I mean Marion is one of the better blockers on our team if you watch him. Instead we went to the dump off all game long. Anyone can call that play. For 3 million dollars we better be getting a lot more out of our offensive coordinator or this so called coach in waiting better move on because he is definitely not worth it from what I have seen.

Week in and week out we keep hearing that the Cowboys are gonna use Felix in the passing game. Where is it? I mean with this guys speed a little screen pass should work out pretty nicely. Or even putting him in the slot and roll out Romo it would work wonderfully but I am still waiting to see if our so called genious offensive coordinator will actually do something creative with him. Where is the Wildcat formation where is anything exciting besides the TO reverse? I was expecting creative formations with this guy. Are we saving them for the playoffs? What are your guys thoughts.
