Just want to share what Hoosier fans seem to think of The Big Blue Nation
I live in Indiana, have most all of my life. I have always been a Kentucky fan since the day are really started paying attention to college basketball (Go Jamal Mashburn), never been a Hoosier fan and I would like to show you all why.
Go Big Blue! Kentucky is whooping some Gator ass. Rupp is the toughest arena in all of basketball. 49 straight home victories and undefeated in conference play thus far.

Isaiah Shuck if IU is overrated, them UK lost to a team that isn't even good. when will idiot UK fans realize that talking shit about a team that beat u, makes ur team look worse, not better. about an hour ago · Like -
Shelby Gilligan No one said shit until asshole IU fans started in. So my question is, when are you tools gonna realize it was one game and you got real fucking lucky? They play that game a hundred more times and UK wins it 99 out of a hundred, so enjoy your win quietly.

Wow you got to love this off season!
Finally something to talk about in Reds baseball through the winter months. My boyhood hero became a legend, we went and put a solid pitching staff together, and two of the biggest bats in baseball will no longer be playing in our division. Granted we gave up some great prospects to get this thing moving, but imagine the possibilities! I suspect that there will be a large increase in attendance and a solid ability to generate some new forever fans. Hell I will take some bandwagoners money if it allows the Reds to keep this team together. I cannot wait for all the game threads to start up! I think I have spring fever already. Latos is going to bring some fire to our rotation with his powerful pitching and his rough demeanor. I think we need that intimidation from a pitcher. Tom Browning was a honey badger who didn't give a shit and it has been a while since the Reds have had someone like that. The Ma's will strike fear into the hearts of opposing batters in the last 3 innings and I see us having a blowout season in the run scoring category.
Lets Go Redlegs!
Why are things looking so dismal right now?
I don't want to say that the wheels are falling off but I think the tire pressure is a little low and we are not firing on all cylinders at the moment. We get good starts from our pitching and it is wasted with no hitting, then we start hitting and the pitching tanks. Coco is still Coco and where the hell did our balls go? We are down but not out though, I just hope we can get some glue in here and patch this shit up. Travis Wood needs to find it again as well as Leake. I hope Dontrelle has some old magic left. Aroldis is pitching fire again but still a bit shaky on the placement. Janish you had your chance and it has not worked out. Edgar you don't have it anymore, so Mr. Cozart are you the answer? Stubbs what the hell is going on up there man? We are stagnate right now and it is miserable to watch but I am sure that you can pull it together.
The Brawl Aftermath
safe to say that BeeP's comments did not do too well for us during the actual Cards series. We came out swinging the bat furiously trying to crush their three best pitchers, had a major chip on our shoulders, and still just couldn't find a way to beat those Dirty Birds from the Lou. They swept that series from us and maybe had some of the baseball world going alright now this is where we get to see the real Reds team, the one that continually loses on their big journey out west. What no one really has talked about though is what that brawl did to the Cardinals. Yeah they swept us but look how flat they came out for their next two series.
We have these birds reeling at the moment. They are so concerned with how well the Reds are playing that they cannot seem to focus on the game of baseball anymore. We have seem to forgotten all about that series and went on about handling our business, Bruce got hot, Jim Edmonds is still 40, Drew Stubbs has shown his face again, more stellar pitching going around, and our guys look happy. The Cards look frustraited, out of place, and I bet that the clubhouse atmosphere is in a great decline.
We are playing winning baseball and it is a great feeling, I said before by this time I am usually begging for some Colts football to start. This season I get to try and manage to handle all the fun that baseball has to offer while the Colts are hopefully tearing up the league like they always do. Damn it feels good to be a Gangster!!!!!!!!
Here is to us getting over the past 9 yrs of being on the shelf come fall.
Can anyone tell me Aroldis' next couple starts are scheduled to be?
I live in Indianapolis and the Riverbats are coming into town next weekend, I was hoping to catch Chapman pitch at one of those games but I am not sure how they are going through the rotation. I know that he is the Ace in the lineup but know how they like to go 1-4 back to 1 and then to the 5th spot from time to time. I am glad we have such a great crop of pitchers and some young bats to look forward to.
