Chudzinski, the Panthers' offensive coordinator, remains a hot candidate for head-coaching jobs. After interviewing for openings in Jacksonville and St. Louis, Chudzinski next will meet with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, an NFL source said Friday. Tampa Bay's interest in Chudzinski was first reported by NFL.com.

Well this is just unfortunate. Having him leave is one thing, going to a division rival is even worse. The front office needs to get on top of things and make him some sort of offer to entice him to stay. Offer him a bigger contract like the Bengals did with Jay Gruden.
