Bleed Cubbie Blue Iguchi to the phillies

The White Sox traded Tadahito Iguchi to the phillies according to http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2007/07/phillies-acquir.html
I think this is going to help the cubs eventually with the Phillies losing some prospects, and there current season probably over. Now it looks like the White Sox might reach or get close to 100 losses.

Bleed Cubbie Blue Barry cheated

According to this link http://tinyurl.com/3ae3mm a Giants fan created a program that voted automatically for Barry. Not only does he have to cheat for HR's but now to make the All star starting team. I hope MLB does something about the cheating that occured in the voting.

Windy City Gridiron sad, terrible news

Denver Broncos CB was killed earlier this morning. kinda makes you take a step back and think about what is really important. Sad news terrible to happen to anybody. i cant rap my mind around this. I don't think. I can ever say i hate a player anymore like Brett Farve but just dislike him on the field

Bleed Cubbie Blue Marquis

is the deal really final and done?  There was no coverage of him getting a physical.  no official press conference scheduled.  does anybody know if this deal is complete?  also what are the terms of the deal.  just wondering cause its usually official by now. and also wow do i hate marquis so badly maybe my most hated cub.  how he even got more than league minimum appalls me terribly.

Bleed Cubbie Blue Prior

I think Mark Prior probably took steroids before they started testing for roids.  He has been injured ever since. his arm strength has been way less.  Maybe he did or didnt but just post your opinions below after you vote in the poll. I am also very sorry to Prior if he did not take any but i think that he did

Windy City Gridiron 2 mobile qbs

just an idea for a offensive system not neccessarilly for the bears. put 2 mobile qbs in the back behind the center instead of a rb and qb.  is there any rule against that kind of a system? if the qb is in danger he could throw to the qb on he other side of the field.  they would both be able to pass. i think it would probably be a good system.maybe the titans could trade for either vick or something like that. any thoughts on it Edit: quick mockup of the formation http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a186/cheeseman2us/formation.jpg

Bleed Cubbie Blue Matsuzaka

I don't think he will be worth anywhere near what  it will cost to get him.  About 20 million for the posting fee and then ten million a year.  He is not tested at all in a major league enviorment.  Zito which will end up costing around the same amount is tested at the major league level.  The cubs also don't need to pay for the crowd drawq that Matsuzaka  would be, if they just get a slightly better team people will come. I understand that he has a possibility to be great but he will most likely go to the yankees after the original deal is over.

Blog a Bull favorite player

Just wondering what everyones favorite player is.  Krappy is my new favorite player. I love the heart and intensity that he plays with.  He also has a great oppurtunity to be a great player under scott skiles a coach who rewards hustle.  I don't know why but Ben Wallace was my favorite player in the league last year but not anymore. Just don't like him as much because I think he basically did the same thing as Johhny Damon last year and now I hate him (damon) more than anyone in any sport at any time. But anyway who is your favorite player?

Bleed Cubbie Blue cubs done for 3 years

Basically the cubs have 0% chance of winning with Piniella.  I have nothing wrong with him I even think he is a great manager. The cubs might have not have even been that far off from winning it all with a key few additions.  They have a good core that they could have built from.  But piniella is reportedly keeping  as the pitching coach.  The starting pithers will get injured and also not be able to go deep in games. It was nice when I still had hope for the season before it started.  I alserady have no hope until 2010 when Piniella/Rothschild are gone.
