All are welcome to come for the game or for food after.  Bring a glove and possibly some good shoes or rubber cleats...no metal!

So, who all owns the Show 2011 and would be interested in an online league.  We may be able to do a pure fantasy draft mixing the type of teams we use, or we could just use the regular rosters.  This could be mixed with Players and CPU I think, and we will keep it light and easy, like one game a week.

I checked the cost of permits at the Rose Bowl, and it is looking like $54 per hour to reserve any of those areas.  So, if we did 2 hours of the diamond and 2 hours of the picnic area, it would be around $200. 

Should we just look into showing up somewhere sometime and seeing if we get lucky?   I know those diamonds are rarely in use on a Sunday morning around 11am.  So, we could try our luck.

I've got Dejesus on my Fantasy team and Manny is available on our wire.  Would you drop Dejesus and pick up Manny, hoping he goes on a playoff bound tear in a few weeks...or should I wait and see how bad Dejesus' injury really is, and if he needs surgery, than pick up Manny if he is still available?  Is it still way too early to give up on Dejesus at this moment?
