I thought Tyler Bray came in the game and did a great job. On the drive he entered the game we didn't score but we moved the ball in the air and got into the red zone faster than i have seen us do all year. I'm not too sure of what he ended up with stat wise but i know he didn't have too many incomplete passes...I just would like to know what fellow volunteer fans think about him and if he deserves an equal of a chance as Sims....

I was one of the supporters of Fulmer leaving. I've been a Tennessee fan forever. Once I came into this world my blood was the color Orange. I supported the idea of Fulmer leaving because I understood that every good thing has to come to an end and his end was near. I knew it was going to happen after the start of this season. But when I saw that press conference it really made me think differently. I read a post on here that talks about us needing a Tennessee native or somebody who will give their all for tennessee. When I got home from school and saw the press conference I was unbelievably shocked on how I could think such a thing. Phil Fulmer was one of the people who made the SEC what it is today. And we do need someone like that to run our team. I'm very disappointed now. Mainly because of Fulmer's departure at the end of the season and also because of the prospects we are currently recruiting. I'm not a solf hearted guy. But I guaruntee you if I was, I would have cried my eyes out. It really made me feel sad. I'm still sad right now whenever I think about it.

Phil Fulmer has earned my respect. I don't care what anybody else says about it. He will always be a Volunteer.

Guys, I missed the game. I'm sorry to say this but, I'm glad i missed it. After finding out that we lose this bad to SC I had to come on here to get the details of the game. After finding out that Crompton came into the game only because he threw a pick that unfortunatly went for six makes me sick. Also, the fact that creer didn't get back into the game aggirvates me. I mean I don't understand. Is Fulmer trying to get fired? (which wouldn't be a bad thing in my book) I mean seriously. Tennessee is better than this. Point blank our offense is pitiful. I thought our offense was bad when i attended the AU vs UT game. Also when georgia admitted the new which side the ball was going to 90% of the time. I'm not downing SC's defense. I give them props because they've had a great season. I don't care if we're playing a junior high squad, 6 or 7 points isn't going to win the game.

I was at the Tennessee Auburn game and it was horrible to watch. AU punted the ball to us 3 times and we got it on the 50 or better in the 4th quarter. But what did we do with it? We went 3 and out 3 times. I couldnt ask for a better defense. It's a kick in the face to them and Chavis when our offense cannot produce anything. Its time for a change either in the QB position or coaching. Everybody on here wanted to tell me that we dont need a new coach right after the Florida game. But i wonder if they agree with me now?

No matter what the Vols will be in my blood. But I want what is best for us. Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do...

When I heard Dave Clawson was going to bring a west coast style offense to Tennessee i was a little confused on why Fulmer would hire somebody with a west coast offense. I mean it makes no sense bringing a west coast offense somewhere in the east, and especially to the SEC. SEC teams play way too fast for a west coast offense. When I watch other SEC teams play it really makes me think about why we are doing the whole West Coast deal. Second of all, I think that we need a new coach. It is time for a new era. Fulmer has done us a lot of good for a while, but I think the time has come to get rid of him. I mean we've made it to the SEC championship like 2 times in the past 3 or for years. ( I may be mistaken) but we have'nt done anything with it at all. Congrats on makin it there but it doesnt mean anything if we dont win it.
