5 Free Agents The Chiefs Should Sign This Offseason
So with this off season being uncapped I decided too make a list of what cheap free agents we could sign.

1 WR Muhsin Muhammad Panthers #87: Muhsin is a class act who I would love too come to the chiefs he may not have the speed like he used too but he still runs crisp routes and is a leader on and off the field. Stats 53 catches 581 yards with only 4 drops, 89 targets 59% caught with 36% of them first downs.

2 QB Jeff Garcia Eagles #7: A good veteran quarterback who could push Brodie and Matt for there jobs and would give us more security if Matt or Brodie where too go down with are shaky line play. no stats

3 FS Ryan Clark Pittsburgh #25: With the Steelers a really low market team there most likely going too have too choice between signing him and Hampton. And most likely there not going too resign either of these players so that leaves him a free agent and hopefully the chiefs swoop him up. 68 tackles and 3 interceptions
4 LS anyone of these long snappers James Dearth, Bryann Pittman, Brad St. Louis. Am I the only one who's tired of are center and long snapper screwing up.

5 CB Anthony Henry #32: Anthony still plays at a high level and would be an solid starting corner opposite Flowers, and would be a positive influence for players like Carr and Washington. 43 tackles 2 interceptions
NFL Mock 7 round draft going on over at Mocking the draft
Right now Darwithabar is representing the chiefs and has traded are pick too the vikings for an undisclosed pick. heres the link to the draft http://www.mockingthedraft.com/2010/1/17/1256182/7-round-live-mock-draft-thread-the.
Should The Chiefs Draft/Sign Somains
I was watching a 60 minute report, today about how huge football is becomeing in Soma. And players like Troy Polamalu and Jonathan Fanene, And how all these type of players are turning into legit players. So my thought is why aren't signing these players and how these players have old equipment and fields with no lining. So what im basically asking is more teams need to sign these type of players.
Free Agency + Mock Draft 2.0

Nick Kaczur RT 6th year New England- Nick would be an excellent pickup, because he has only given up 4.5 sacks on the season and so has Ryan O' Callaghan. So you could just flip Ryan or Nick over too Left Tackle. And one other reason is because New England has already found there future LT/RT in Sebastian Vollmer so that means there is like a 80% chance he is a free agent.

Kevin Faulk RB 11th year New England- With Charlie Weiss the new Offensive coordinator, he is going to probably want some of his old patriot buddy's, and this would give us a suitable backup running back who could handle 3rd downs and that would make Jamal less injury prone and would still help out are team.

Aubrayo Franklin NT 7th year 49ers- This free agent, would be hard to get but it would worth the try, Franklin is a run stoping beast who gives us a solid nose tackle for maybe 3-4 years. And he also plays in a 3-4 defense in San Fransisco.
And more small pickups.
NFL Draft
Round 1 Trade down to 49ers, Seattle, Cleveland, Buffalo, Oakland, Denver for there 1st round pick and a second.
Joe Haden CB Florida- If Scott or another team agrees to this deal which, would be likely because all of those teams, I listed all could use the services of Sam Bradford or Jimmy Clausen. Plus this deal would give us a dominate duo of Flowers and Haden, and another thing is you really don't need a dominate safety if you have two shutdown corners letting the safety's be more involved in the run game.
Round 2 (3 picks)
Brandon Spikes LB Florida- Brandon has a knack for getting to the ball and excellent pickup for a reasonably young Kansas City that needs allot of ball hawks too turn this franchise around.
Chad Jones SS LSU- Chad is a dominate safety, who is a solid wrap tackler, who can puts fear in wide outs and running backs with his big hits and his knack for the ball carrier.
Demaryius Thomas WR Georgia Tech- Thomas maybe the best reciver in the draft, but because Tech runs a option offense he only got 44 catches this season, so I think if he is in a Pro offense he easily gets 60-70 catches a season.
Round 3 J.D Walton C Baylor- J.D is an elite center who would be a huge upgrade over Niswanger at center. Plus J.D had put the stops on Suh when Baylor played Nebraska, where Suh only got five tackles and 1 sack sky rocketing his stock.
The rest of the draft is a wild card so I wont predict it until the combine.
Mock Draft With Some Kool-Aid
Approximate Cap Room 45-50 Million
Team Free Agency:
Resign Chambers,Croyle,McGraw,Vrabel, and all the other chiefs free agents get the boot.
Free Agents:
Sign any one of these free agents from San Diego, Sproles, Merrimen, Jackson, McNeil. Any one of those pickups would be huge and there's way more Charger free agents but those are the main ones.
Troy Williamson Jaguars: Has legit speed and can take kick returns and punts. Estimate contract no clue.
Casey Hampton Steelers: Is a big body with tremendous upper body strength and would be an excellent upgrade over Edwards. Estimate contract 2 years 8 million.
More small pickups I think I rest will be solved in the draft with 8 picks, so here's my mock.
Round 1 Eric Berry FS Tennessee: Is a huge play maker, who would make a shaky secondary solid. Stats 83 tackles, 1 forced fumble and 2 picks.
Round 2 Jermaine Gresham TE Oklahoma: The only reason Todd Haley hasn't used his tight ends vary often is because he has never had a vary good one. And Gresham gives a huge threat in the middle of the field and is a solid blocker. Stats Injured reserve.
Round 2 Toby Gerhart RB Stanford: Gives us a one-two punch with Gerhart's power and Charles speed. Stats 311 carries for 1736 yards with 26 touchdowns.
Round 3 George Selvie DE/OLB South Florida : I think he will be like Michael Johnson a predicted late first rounder who slips too the 3rd round. One other thing about Selvie is his speed off the edge, so that gives us a huge speedy pass rush with Tamba and George. Stats 38 tackles with 3 sacks.
Round 4 Riley Cooper: Can make all the catches, and runs smooth routes. Stats 44 catches for 780 yards with 8 touchdowns.
Round 5 Adam Ulatoski OT Texas: Adds depth. Stats none.
Round 5 Sergio Render OG Virgina Tech: Adds depth. Stats none.
Round 5 Johnathon Crompton QB Tennessee: If things don't work out with Cassel he could come in and start in 2-3 years. Stats QB rating 135.83, pass yards 2,565 and 26 touchdowns with only 12 picks.
Super Bowl Champions 2010 Kansas City Chiefs!!!!
Broncos Win
accordingly to the weekly, madden forecast shows the broncos wining 30-16. Matt Cassel 257 yards 1 touchdown and 2 picks. meanwhile Jamal and Chambers go over 100 yards each.
5 Offensive Players Scott Pioli Cant Miss This Draft
via media.kansan.com
Dezmon Briscoe Kansas WR junior, but, is probably 99% going to go this year, because Mangino has been fired and guess who the quarterback is next season Kale Pick. He maybe runs crisper routes then Jordan Shipley you cant miss this kid in the 3rd round. This would make a great receiving core with Bowe,Briscoe,Long,Darling,Copper. I dont see us resigning any of are receivers. Hint Chambers,Bradley. Stats 84 catches 1337 yards with 9 touchdowns and averages 15 yards a catch. NFL comparison Andre Johnson Texans
via stevemasonsmog.typepad.com
sorry for bad quality
Anthony McCoy TE USC, This kid is the Tight End version of Dwayne Bowe, has long arms soft hands and a huge leap down the seam. His main asset is in the run game where at 6-5 255 pounds is an athletic freak. Where in the passing game he uses his long arms to block speed rushers. Stats 20 catches, 443 yards averaging 22 yards per catch and 1 touchdown. NFL comparison Mercedes Lewis Jacksonville
NO VIDEO
Sam Young RT Notre Dame, He is a perfect fit for are zone blocking scheme, from what I have heard a big athletic freak is needed at tackle for the zone scheme. At 6-8 320 pounds he makes defensive linemen disappear. So basically is a perfect fit in the 4th or 5th round. Stats none. NFL comparison Jordan Gross North Carolina Panthers.
via pictopia.com
Brandon Banks WR/KR Kansas State, He is the special teams player of the year, for the Big 12. Is a Dante Hall clone, and an underachiever at receiver but at 5-7 143 pounds is a speed demon who is a threat to take it back every return. Stats 56 catches for 705 yards, 1 touchdown and averages 12 yards a catch. NFL comparison a mix of Darren Sproles and Dante Hall. San Diego and out of the league.
Charles Scott RB LSU, This kid is a big bruiser, and would make a good tandem with Charles but his only concern is that he has a injury riddled past. But his big athletic build will probably make him slide to the 5th round. But the thing I like most about this kid is his desire for blocking he maybe the second best blocker for LSU, next to Ciron Black. Stats 116 542 yards, 5.4 average 4 touchdowns. NFL comparison Larry Johnson Bengals.
Scout.inc shutsdown Matt Cassel

We Can Bring Kansas City Back To Its Glory Days (Mock Draft)
If you look at the Personal and Coaching staff there are problems like Offensive coordinator and defensive Coordinator, Defensive backs coach and Quarterbacks coach. These are the easy things to fix because there is so many good play callers out there like Charlie Weis, Mike Martz ect... And because personally I believe Clancy is calling horrible plays, and there are d coaches like Romeo, Brian Stewert,Erick Mangini(if fired) ect.. Who would be good replacements for Clancy. But the other open spots like DB coach and Quarterbacks coach is harder to fill so maybe someone like Trent Green I don't know its up to Scott. The next thing is the 53 man roster, are biggest holes like Safety,NT,CB,OG,C can all be addressed this offseason. So my plans would be to first sign a center or a guard so you don't have to draft one. Guys like Justin Hartwig who I believe is from Kansas, and saw us win against his Steelers so he would defiantly consider coming here. So if he does then you have a center locked in for years to come, then you still have an opening at right guard, so there are also some guys like Jason Spitz,Logan Mankins,Manuel Ramirez the only one we have a chance at signing is Mankins because the pats have so many free agents like Wilfork,Kaczur,Mankins, Stephan Neal. All these high priced guys cant all be signed so either Mankins of Neal would we an excellent pickup. So there are still two big holes left so I say we go with nose tackle because this class is loaded in the secondary. And I have heard rumors quisling around that the Steelers are not resigning Casey Hampton and if we could sign him to a one year deal. Or another possible nose tackle is Aubrayo Franklin who plays nose tackle for San Francisco. So now that were done with free agency next is the NFL Draft, where I am thinking we hit the defense hard this year, because the old saying defense wins championships. So heres my mock.
Round 1 Taylor Mays S USC, this gives us the athleticism we need at safety, with Page and Taylor lined up together it gives us speed and versatility in our secondary. Stats, 79 tackles 1 interception.
Round 2 Jermaine Gresham TE Oklahoma, this opens up our offense and gives us a threat over the middle and did I mention he can block to. Stats, Injured reserve
Round 2 Toby Gerhart RB Stanford with a solid offensive line this kid will flourish, fits perfect into Todd Haley's system of single back formations and would give us the bruiser we lost in Larry Johnson.
Stats, 311 attempts with 1736 yards rushing, averaging 5.6 yards with 26 touchdowns.
Round 3 Trevard Lindley CB Kentucky, this gives us a shutdown corner opposite Brandon Flowers. Imagine a secondary that dosent give up 400 yards a game wow. Stats, 29 tackles with 1 interception.
Round 4 Micah Johnson LB Kentucky gives a 3rd down linebacker who loves to stuff the run. Stats, 100 tackles and 1 sack.
Round 5 Danny Batten LB/DE SD State, gives us a pass rush, and is co defensive player of the year in the Missouri Valley Divison. Stats, 9 sacks and 82 tackles and hes a defensive end.
Round 5 Myron Rolle Safety Florida State, gives us a special teams beast, and could one day start. Stats, 62 tackles
Round 5 Brandon Banks WR/KR takes over duty of kick returns where he set a k-state record with 5 kick return touchdowns. Sounds like a Dante Hall clone. Stats, 56 receptions for 705 yards with 1 touchdown. And was nominated for special teams player of the year with 5 kick return touchdowns.
Stats by ESPN.
Should We Go Back To The 4-3
Should we go back to the 4-3 defense? This is interesting because you could move Dorsey and Jackson back inside.
Then you move Tamba back too his old position at defensive end, then you try and either put Andy Studebaker or Alex Magee opposite of Tamba. This is very unlikeable to many chiefs and unrealistic because Todd and Scott both have been on 3-4 teams and like it, but sometimes I get tired of people just running up the middle on us, and Tyson and Dorsey would be a beautiful tandem. Plus this draft class is loaded at 4-3 defensive ends like Greg Hardy, Willie Young, George Selvie, and Derrick Morgan. You have to admit this would be a pretty solid line and I didn't even mention the free agents with names like Arron Kampman who is not fitting into Green bays 3-4 defense. Kyle Vanden Bosh and even Julius Pepers is a free agent. Wouldn't are defensive line look beautiful with Tamba Hali and Peppers or Vanden Bosh lined and then Jackson and Dorsey, man I would be proud of our defense. And then you draft a guy like Taylor Mays in the first and then trade both of our 2nd round picks for New England and then draft Iupati to fill the void at Right Guard then draft a center between the 3rd and all the 5th round picks we have. This defense would be dominant with linebackers Vrabel,Johnson, maybe one of those Raider players Thomas Howard or Kirk Morrison. Let me here what you think about this and remember this is just something kind of a thing I would do.
Next Year Is The Year
via www.exposay.com
Is next year the year? I think so we are already showing major progress with 3 wins and we can beat Buffalo and Cleavland easily. So that's 5 wins and Denver and Cincinnati are all going to be up on the line so if we win about 6 games and go 6-10 that is huge improvement, Considering that we went 2-14 last year and 4-12 the year before that. With thinking about that if we spend this cap the right way then I say next year we go 8-8 or 9-7. With that in mind thats playoff material maybe for a wildcard. I think Coaching is going to play a huge role in that season so I say we keep Todd Haley calling the plays, im starting to think he is getting into a rhythm with this team its just the center and guard positions are holding us back we just need more depth. With that being said are defensive unit is atrocious, I manly blame that on Pendergast I think that's the reason that is why Arizona fired him last year. He called horrible plays last week at San Diego I counted two blitz the whole game. That is just way to conservative for an NFL defensive coordinator. With that in mind I think a couple of guys would be great for the job, like Romeo,Brian Stewart and anyone of those college coordinators. Thinking about that the theme of this article is spending are cap room right not doing what Washington did last year. Some solid cheap guys would be like Ben Watson, Jason Avant WR, Nick Cole, any running back. That's about it each of these guys are not really high priorities on there team right now and they all fit the right 53. Next would the NFL draft where if we finish between 5-6 wins we will probably be picking about anywhere from 10-15 where the players will be cheaper and the pick is more tradeble, so here's my mock.
Round 1 Terrence Cody NT Alabama from where were picking there's not much still available, so we go with a huge nose tackle to clug up the middle and with a off season with Todd he will most likely lose about 20 pounds and weigh about 325-330.
Round 2 Jason Fox Miami Competes with Ryan O' Callaghan
Round 2 Nate Allen FS USF Adds quality depth and would compete for the starting gig.
Round 3 Toby Gerhart RB Stanford with a big class of running backs he will likely drop to the 3rd round.
Round 4 Brian Jackson DB Oklahoma Adds depth to a weak secondary.
Round 5 Jeron Mastrud TE Kansas State
Round 5 Vladimir Ducasse OG Massachusetts
Round 5 Reggie Carter UCLA Linebacker
After seeing this I predict the depth chart.
QB Matt Cassel
RB Jamal Charles
FB N/A
WR Bowe,Chambers,Avant,Wade,
TE Ben Watson,Pope
Tackles Albert and Fox/Callaghan
Guards Waters, Induwke
Center Nick Cole
Defensive Ends Jackson and Dorsey
Nose Tackles Cody and Edwards
Outside Andy and Tamba
Inside Derrick Johnson, Demario Williams
Cornerbacks Flowers, Jackson, Carr, Leggett
Free and Strong safety's Nate Allen and Jarred Page/John McGraw.
Keep in mind I didn't list everybody.

The Good And The Bad Of Scott Pioli
First lets start off with the Ugly.
Offensive Line First of all he did nothing to help this line. I think this Mike Goff was a good pickup who Todd Haley killed in his conditioning plan because before coming to KC he was a 4 star guard rated by Scout inc. So Scott did a good job there, but as of signing offensive tackles he flopped there were some solid lineman who where cut and where free agents for weeks to name a few Orlando Pace 5 star scout inc pick, Levi Jones 4 star, Mark Tauscher 4 star, John Runyan 4 star and Kevin Shaffer 3 star. These guy would be hella better then Albert and Ryan.
where we could have had Pace at left tackle, Albert at left guard, Niswanger at center, Brian Waters at right guard, and either Kevin Shaffer, Levi Jones, John Runyan or Mark Tauschcher. How could you not just sign two of these guys.
Then there is at Corner back this guy has the audacity to sign Travis Daniels, Mike Richardson what is he thinking when there were solid Veterans like Chris McAllister, Mike McKenzie and hell even Patrick Surtain. All these guys would look better then Carr,Daniels,Richardson. I think it shows when you give up 400 yards threw the air.
and now theres a void at safety. Other then Corey Chavous who is probably out of gas, we will probably have to sign some free agent corner.
THE GOOD
The good new is we are about to get more wins then Herm Edwards got in 2 seasons so that good and are young players are starting or playing well. Like Flowers, Studebaker, Bletcher,Magee,Lance,Charles,Dorsey.
So we have some huge building blocks I just think we need some more good coaches like a offensive coordinator and a guy who knows a thing or two about quarterbacks.
Some other good news is maybe we will draft out of the top 5 if we can win 2-3 more games.
and Scott signed some good free agents like Corey Mays, Wade, Long, Guitterez and trading for Matt and Vrabel.
and so I project we go 7 and 9 beating Denver,Buffalo, Cleavland, and Denver again. So we win the 3 out of the 6 six games left and draft about 7-9th and get Bryan Bulaga because Berry said he is staying for his senior year for Tennessee.
The 2 Spots That Need Fixing On The Kansas City Staff
Yeah I am aware we won today, but it was a fluke 10/9 times the steelers would kill us and if you didn't notice there is horrible play calling, on both sides of the ball first lets go offense. Todd Haley as only called good plays with 5 minutes so theres about 25 minutes where there is horrible play calling its not as bad as week 1-5 where he ran shotgun draws on 3-15 but he is still not getting it done so I have made a list of some replacements at offensive coordinator.
1 Charlie Weis Head Coach/offensive coordinator Notre Dame This guy has a patriot connection where he was there offensive coordinator. But hes in the can at Notre Dame because his team went 6-5 and missed the bowls. He used to be a good coordinator in the nfl so why not give him a chance if he is fired.

2 Brian Billick He sucked as a coach for Baltimore but if you remember he was the mastermind behind the crazy offense with Randy Moss and Duante Cullpeper maybe he could do the some with Matt Cassel.

3 John Gruden He would probably want to be a coach but heck being the coordinator is better then being in the booth yapping. He used to be the coordinator of the Philadelphia Eagles from 95-97 then went to the raiders and coached.
Next is Deffensive Coordinator I dont even know why Clancy is coaching in the nfl. The only reason is because he was from Arizona and worked with Haley.
1 Wade Phillips If Jerry Jones decides to let him go like the media has speculated. He would be a solid defensive coordinator for Kansas city. He has a long history as a defensive coordinator where he coached at New Orleans, Philadelphia, Denver, Buffalo, ATL, San Diego, and now in Dallas. plus they run a 3-4 defense there.

2 Lovie Smith I doubt he will be fired but the owner could get mad because he wanted Jay Cutler and so far he has17 picks plus last nights game. So if he is fired he was the coordinator at Saint Louis before he was hired as the coach of the Bears.

3 Dick Jouran was recently fired last week. And I somewhere on AP he would Coach a 3-4 defense. So this is the most likely pick.
Clancy is a horrible coordinator he called hoorible plays. This game would gave been alot better if clancy was never hired someone needs to put gary Gibbs are linebacker coach as interim defensive coordinator.
Fixing the kansas city royals
Fixing this team takes allot, considering are market system. Right now I am on the Dayton Moore bandwagon but not Trey Hillmans. To fix this team is first through free agency, are free agents are Miguel Olivo,Jamey Wright,Bruce Chen,Coco Crisp. The only one I would keep would be Coco because before his injury he gave this team a huge spark with his speed, quickness and glove. next is Cuts Willie Bloomquist and Josh Anderson these kids are not getting it done and that's all that it comes down too. know we have openings at pitching and catching. Free agents to replace these guys, would have to be a cheap veteran like Ivan Rodriquez who would be a nice cheap pickup and would compete with John Buck for backup catcher. Next is we need to relievers so I say we call up Carlos Rosa and give Arron Crow another year to develop, and then sign a guy like Rafael Beatencourt or LaTroy Hawkins to a one year deal. And maybe one or 2 outfielders for depth im thinking Garrett Anderson or anybody else.
Then are lineup looks like this
C Bryan Pena
1st base Billy Butler
2nd base Chris Getz
SS Mike Aviles
3rd Base Alex Gordon
Right Outfield Jose Guillen/Garrett Anderson
Center Field Coco Crisp
Left Field David DeJesus
Then next is the pitching staff.
Closer Joakim Soria
Setup Kyle Fransworth
Relievers Juan Cruz,Carlos Rosa,Dusty Hughes,LaTroy Hawkins or Rafael Betancourt
Starting Pitchers Zach Grienke, Gil Meche, Robinson Tejeda, Brian Bannister, Luke Hochevar
I think this team could compete in the division.
Time To Go To The War Room
Hello everybody heres another addition of my mock draft.
Round 1 Ndamukong Suh NT/DE This kid is meant for the 3-4 he gets past triple teams. I was watching some
game tape and I saw a play where the center and guard and the running back where all blocking and he just
bulldozed through and demolished the quarterback. He has no negatives he dosent need to gain any weight and
Scott and his scouts have been sending somebody out there like every 2 weeks. This kid has the work ethic and
mindset to probably be the best D lineman in KC history with his ability to just burst off the line and wreck havoc.
And if we bring in a new Defensive line coach and Defensive Coordinator we are a force on defense.
Round 2 Jonathan Dwyer RB Georgia Tech This kid is legit I am defiantly. Am sure Charles is not a starting tail back he needs support and Kolby cant do that so you add another playmaker. sounds like a solid 1-2 punch with Charles and Dwyer and I don't think we go to free agency because really theres no solid running back in free agency this year besides Ronnie Brown who will want a pay day because of his play in the wildcat.
Round 2 Jason Fox OT Miami At 6-7 310 pounds he is an ideal fit in this zone blocking scheme. I would have him compete against Ryan and Brandon for a starting gig. He reminds me of old Willie Anderson who retired from the ravens last year. NO VIDEO
Round 3 Jerome Murphy USF CB/SS This kid is amazing gives us that shutdown corners like Al Harris and Charles Woodson in Green Bay. We would be fortunate to have his amazing athletics and awareness his main skills are his speed and his tall build at 6-1.
Round 4 Eric Olsen Notre Dame C/RG At 6-4 310 pounds he gives us a brusier up front and has only given up 3 sacks in his carrer at Notre Dame. He would fill one of the voids where we strugle most RG/C. To Many times does the pass rush come from up the middle. NO VIDEO
Round 5 Brandon Banks WR/KR/PR His this just me or does his speed and 5 kick return touchdowns this season remind you of this special man ________ Hall the man who gave glory to the name the Kansas City Chiefs. Hes basically his clone super speed and quickness and an average receiver
.
Round 5 Colin Peek N/A Tight end Alabama
NO VIDEO
Round 5 Rahim Alem DE/Linebacker If you can get him to lose 10-15 pounds he will be a late round gem and is already a force a LSU.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?

This Weeks Keys To The Game
Passing Game: They have to let Russell run out of the shotgun. Where he's more free and they can be successful going out of the shot gun because they have a one-two punch with Darren McFadden and Michael Bush, and maybe a little bit of Fargas. The point im am trying to get to I think he's to fat to run I Formations and single back plays.
- Stay Healthy: Injury Report They have Ricky Brown out, Nick Miller out, Javon Walker out, Greg Ellis Out, Robert Gallery probable, Cornell Green Probable, Darren McFadden Probable, Chaz Shilens Probable, Tony Stewart Probable. And all these injuries I listed are injury's that have plagued them this season.
- Run Defense: There 29th in the NFL and have given up 1,288 and teams are averaging 4.6 yards per carry on the season. And there lines not that bad they have Greg Ellis,Tommie Kelly, Gerrard Warren, Trever Scott. So I guess there not playing to all of there potential probably leads to bad coaching.

- Rushing Game: Where The 24th rushing team in the NFL and for the most part you can blame it on Todd Haley and somewhat Larry Johnson. That's all in past I want to see Todd Haley unleash 1-2-3 combo of allot pain with Savage,Kolby,Charles this should be a good game.
- Offensive Line we have the second worst offensive line to Green Bay and Oh My God Matt Cassel has been sacked 30 times and hit 52 times he's going to turn into Trent Green pretty soon I think its Brodie Croyle's turn for a beating Matt Cassel is going to need 7 bye weeks just to heal from this beating.
- Pass Rush 31st in the NFL: Am I the only one who is wondering what happened to that preseason defense Clancy Pendergast looked like the best defensive coordinator in years. Where Brett Favre was crying Adrian Peterson only got like 60 yards on us then Jackson torched us but we still where bearing the heat I think that day ruined Clancy's ability to blitz without fear. And Tyson Jackson was playing good he had 2 sacks in the preseason.
It is time to make a change here in kansas city/The A Team

1st Round trade Glen Dorsey and Derrick Johnson and a fourth round pick, for a first now that we have Keith Bulluck and Richard Seymour so we pick. Brandon Spikes gives us Keith Bulluck and Brandon oh hell Jamarcus Russell will go back into hibernating after seeing are ferocious defense.
2nd Round Sergio Kindle lemme remind you Richard Seymour,Tyson Jackson,Tamba Hali,Sergio Kindle,Brandon Flowers, Brandon Spikes, Kieth Bulluck. And yes i believe in the saying defense wins champion ships just ask every super bowl team.
2nd Round Dexter McCluster relives the hole at running back if you watched todays game at Ole Miss you saw his explosiveness and vision and his lateral quickness reminded me of Ladainian Tomlinson.

Time For A Offseason Over Haul
Its time for another over haul this season so im going to break down what I think is going to happen.
First of all im going to go like always is every season. Re signings then free agency then the draft.
Key Players Re signings
Mike Vrable Out Side Linebacker: Let him go he did what he came here to do he gave us leadership and a sturdy job at linebacker.

Mock Draft
First Round of the 2010 NFL draft the Kansas City Chiefs select Eric Berry of Tennesse Hooray!!!!

Scott knows to have a good defense you need an elite safety like Rodney Harrison of New England or Brandon Merriweather.

Second Round the Kansas City Chiefs select Patrick Robinson Corner Back out a of Florida State.
Im pretty sure Scott watches the games so I bet he sees how every week Brandon Carr, Maurice Leggett and Mike no name Richardson gets blown up.

Second Round the Kansas City Chiefs select Ciron Black Offensive Tackle LSU
Scott wants to protect his 65 Million Dollar quarterback.

3rd round The Kansas City Chiefs select Jason Fox Miami Offensive Tackle
Scott Adds quality depth to his offensive line and a captain for the hurricanes.

The Kansas City Chiefs select John Jerry Mississippi OG/OT
Scott keeps adding massive and good lineman to his team.
Fourth Round The Kansas City Chiefs select Toby Gerhart Stanford

Scott Adds a machine and a guy who takes 3 men to take him down and is not a quitter like 2.7.
5th Round the Kansas City Chiefs Select Colin Peek Alabama Tight End

Scott Adds Depth and a big body with good hands for the offense.
5th Round the Kansas City Chiefs Select Darryl Sharpton Miami Outside/Inside Linebacker

Scott Adds depth to a core of Kansas City linebackers.
5th Round the Kansas City Chiefs Select Jay Ross East Carolina Nose tackle

Scott Adds a big run stuffer and 3 down lineman.
Kansas City Needs Another back/ Keys to this weeks game
There are still some good Running Backs and I was thinking about last year vursus Tampa Bay. That we had Kolby and Charles as are backs remember what happened Jamal hurt his ankle and Kolby tore his knee and missed like 6 months of time. So thats why I think we need a free agent back to help out the stress that they will be under.
Free Agent Backs
1 Deuce McAllister 6-1 232 Big strong back with allot of power has the most Touchdowns in Saints history and would be great in goal line situations. And because we have guys like Kolby and Jamal who would be less effective in goal line situations.
2 Warrick Dunn 5-9 180 a good vertern is nothing more then a upgraded version of Kolby Smith and if I am right he had 500+ rushing yards in a backup role in Tampa Bay. And would be a good veteran presence.
3 Edgerrin James is a Big back who worked with Todd Haley in Arizona but I think he's really slowing down becuase of his age and lack of speed I kinda of doubt that anyone will sign him so I think he will retire.
4 Dominic Rhodes 5-9 203 I loved him in the Hall of Fame game and I love his ability to get threw open blocks and pick up five to ten yards I think the only reason Buffalo cut him was because of Marshawn Lynch and Fred Jackson there primary backs.
To Sign one of these backs I say we sign Terrance Copper and Jarvis Williams and Dantrell Savage then sign him to the Practice Squad. And then theres a spot one the roster for one of the backs I listed.
Keys To The Game
At Oakland this week I think we need to come out passing, running play actions and quick passes like slants and then if this works starting running shot gun Draws outside into Greg Ellis, who wont be able to Catch speedy Charles.
On Defense we need start changing are rotating linebackers and start blitzing on first down and second down then on 3rd down play allot deep coverage because of Tom Cable who loves to go vertical passes down field with Russel's big arm and if you put allot of pressure on Russell he cracks like an egg and will most likely throw a pick six to Brandon Flowers.
Even Raiders fans think Russell is terrible lol.
theres an open spot on the roster now. Give me your options on who we should sign.
Whats Makes Scott Pioli
what makes Scott Pioli so good is his negotiation skills and his scouting skills.
So I was looking over last years draft and this is what I came up with.
1st Round pick Tyson Jackson: Jackson is a versatile defender who can play inside or outside on the defensive line. He has outstanding size and a quick burst off the line. He’s strong at the point of attack and sheds blocks cleanly to make plays in the backfield. He has the quickness to beat the opposition off the edge or to dominate with his strength and technique. - Chris Steuber, Scout.com/ I know your thinking oh hey he's a bust but i think he will develop into a Richard Seymor.
3rd round pick Alex Megee Flashes good awareness and him and gilbery will be a good future for are defensive line.
4th Donald Washington I saw him in the preseason a little bit I saw some good speed but is way to raw of a prospect could take years.
5th Colin Brown IR
6th Quinton Lawrence Wow what can I say I love this kid his speed and quickness. Could develop into a deep threat.
7th Javarris Williams none
7th Ryan O'Connell None
7th Ryan Succop Are future Kicker and maybe is Rookie Pro Bowl material.
I am going to make up a list I would think Pioli would do.
Biggest Holes C,G,T,NT,SS,Pass Rusher,TE
1st Round Russell Okung OT Oklahoma State would fill a void at right tackle or Left tackle.
2nd Round Sergio Kindle Left Outside Linebacker Texas You put Tamba Hali in his right spot and you sign Carlos Dansby and keep Derrick and move Kindle to left side (Vrables in a contract year) thats a hell of a corps.
2nd Round Matt Tenant C Boston College probably needs to gain like 10 more pounds at 294. To Handle NFL lineman.
3rd Round Mitch Petrus Arkansas OG 6-4 315 pounds this line needs all the depth it can get. And he could compete for the job at RG.
4th Round Jeron Mastrud Kansas State TE 6-6 253 pounds perfect hands and athleticism. Cbssports compared him to Seahawks all pro tight end John Carlson.
5th Round Brian Jackson Oklahoma CB 6-1 202 good press corner I would promise you he would start opposite Brandon Flowers. Brian's a unbelievable underrated prospect.
5th Round Al Woods Nose Tackle LSU 6-4 327 pounds Fast mobile lineman like we need on this team because of all those teams who just run it up the middle against are defensive line.
5th Round Jordan Lake FS Baylor 6-1 210 maybe one of the best tackling safety's.
Undrafted Free Agents
Nick Stringer Kansas State OT
John Conner FB Kentucky
Clint Gresham Long Snapper TCU
Adrian Tracy DE/Outside Linebacker Murray State
Brian Simmons LG Oklahoma

Tony Richardson FB Jets : Bring this hall of fame fullback back home for a one year 788K deal nice cheap pickup and with a new offensive and defensive coordinator i hope lets do it.
Jason Avant WR Eagles this team is loaded with receivers hes probably the last guy they wont and we have eagles connections Mark Donavon our Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
Alge Crumpler TE Tennessee good blocking tight end big body veteran solid upgrade over are journey men.
Casey Hampton Nose tackle last year in the NFL probably looking for a job at his age.
Jeremy Trueblood RT could fill the void at right tackle and would be a great upgrade over Ryan.
Nick Harper CB he's old so i say one year deal like Richardson and hes still a good corner would like in Tennessee where he was opposite from Cortland Finnegan like him being Flowers.
Cuts/ Resigns
Mike Vrable Cut: its time to let Studebaker shine and let the veteran go.
Derrick Johnson Sign: i think Todd's not playing him because he knows he could sign him to a 4-5 year deal for very cheap and couldn't really do anything but walk lets just see how everything pans out the rest of the season.
Matt Gutierrez sign he played great in Preseason and has never given so I say keep him.

4 Jeron Mastrud Would be a good back up to alge crumpler and has great blocking specializes in going over the middle in slants and boot legs. NFL comparison Jeremy Shockey
5 Kerry Meir WR Kansas stud who can play WR/QB/TE with good hands and good routes but he lacks speed so thats his downside. NFL Comparison Jordy Nelson/Lance Long Chiefs and Packers

4 Reasons Why Brodie Croyle Should Start

I was just thinking about this so i made a list.
- Starting Brodie Croyle would benefit Matt Cassel in a way because he would take less hits and less punishment until we see Scott Pioli overhaul this offensive line.
- Starting Brodie Croyle would help are offensive line because I have noticed Brodie Croyle gets the ball out quicker where Matt Cassel likes to hold on to it.
- Starting Brodie Croyle would help out Dwayne Bowe Because Brodie likes to throw like 30 yard passes alot but Matt Throws a lot of 3-10 yard passes.
- Starting Brodie Croyle would help out Larry or whoever is the starting quarterback because he runs beautiful Boot legs and Play Action passes.
This may just sound right to me because I love watching Brodie play and I like his strong arm and pocket presence and quick instincts but hey Matt Cassel has good soft throws and good mobility tell me some of your comments and let me see what you think.
Chiefs need to Sign chris Chambers 1 year deal
The Five Biggest Holes On The Kansas City Chiefs
Today I was looking over are roster and players stats and I could tell the only area with no holes is Special Teams 2 punt blocks and Jamal is averaging like 27 yards kick returning so here's my list for biggest holes.
- RG Mike Goff Im thinking Mike Goff just hates being here because last year he was solid for San Diego Chargers and was a 4 star guard by scout inc and now hes lucky to get a one star. Ways to upgrade is through free agency or draft like next year Mike Johnson and Mike Iupati and through free agency guys like Logan Mankins of the patriots and Jarhi Evens of New Orleans,Ben Hamilton Broncos these would all be viable backups.
- 2nd string Corner back Maurice Leggett and Brandon Carr have all flopped over here at this spot these guys are not for the future of this franchise I would try to trade these guys to Detroit where they had good success with Gunther Cunningham and his Cover 2 defense and sign some of these veterans like Mike Mackenzie and Chris McAllister to one year deals and wait tell next years free agency and draft.
- Nose Tackle The only way to fix this issue is to wait tel next years crop of free agents like Vince Wilfork,Casey Hampton, Ryan Pickett, Johnathon Jolly. And then in the draft there's guys like Terrance Cody Vince Ogolbase and Al Woods.
- Left outside linebacker with Mike Vrable in his contract year where going to need a guy who can replace him he probaly will run back to New England or another wining franchise like Dallas and Pitsburg. So I would wouldent want us to waste are cap or picks just stay with Andy Studebaker or Pierre Walters.
- Tight End Sean and Pope are terrible blockers I would like for us to draft Jermaine Gersham if he's avalible in the second round or do it through free agency is loaded with tight ends next year like Ben Watson,Bo Scaife, Randy McMichael,Alex Smith,Owen Daniels.
