Man, if I gotta hear that monotonous piano playing that same tune over and

over again in the NBA, "Where ____ Happens" ads, I'm gonna puke!

Anyone else annoyed?

What about a worldwide fan petition to stop the piano?

I see a lot of Hoops BBs where guys are saying they are sick of it.

All summer I feared this, and now, it's baaaaack.

Ugh, I have to mute it now, it's so annoying!

Please, "don't flame me bro", it's just an idea, and it does work financially, and I am bored by Bulls lack of news lately, so, here it is:

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/traderesult?players=2456~1731&teams=25~4&te=&cash=

For the browser impaired or simply too lazy, It's:

Nocioni for Chris Wilcox (Oklahoma), stragiht up...

They're actually kind of similar, except Wilcox doesn't chuck and he rebounds too!

Oh, and he's 6-10 too!

RT

"Don't flame me bro!" :-)

Sun Times: Ben the Bull: Jerry expects him to stay

[From the FanPosts. Of course, 'playing for the Chicago Bulls' can just mean taking the Qualifying Offer. -ed.]

Nothing "earth-shattering" here, but for the news-starved, here is the first article in the Chicago Sun Times, Bulls section, since Aug. 27th. Big Jerry speaks!

Ben the Bull: Jerry expects him to stay

By John Jackson - Chicago Sun Times - September 18, 2008

After more than two months of negotiations -- and more than a month after Luol Deng was re-signed -- it doesn't seem the Bulls are any closer to reaching a deal with restricted free agent Ben Gordon than they were in July.

General manager John Paxson didn't comment on the Gordon talks, but chairman Jerry Reinsdorf addressed the matter.

''It has to be resolved,'' Reinsdorf said Wednesday. ''You know, we have a business disagreement relating to the money, but he's still a Chicago Bull, and I expect him to play for the Bulls. I expect him to play hard, and I'd be surprised if it's anything other than that.''

Because Gordon is a restricted free agent, the Bulls have the right to match any offer he may receive. Gordon also could play this season under the $6.4 million qualifying offer and become an unrestricted free agent next summer. Until now, there hasn't been an urgency to get a deal done, but the Sept. 30 start of training camp is approaching.

''I expect Ben Gordon to be playing for the Bulls this year, one way or another,'' Reinsdorf said. ''I don't know if it will be resolved before training camp, but I do expect him to be playing for the Bulls.''
