I was born into a sports loving family. We can say that we watched Dan Issel and Ken Anderson play high school basketball on the same team and followed the careers of both players during their college and professional careers.

I was raised a fan of the Chicago Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks. During the baseball season I lived in a house divided - my dad, my brother, and I rooted for the Cubs while my mother and my two sisters rooted for the White Sox.

In the end, I learned to appreciate both teams for the talent they have. I pull for both teams until they play each other, and then I have to declare that I bleed Cubbie Blue!

The best Cub players hands down have to be Ernie Banks, Andre Dawson, and Sammy Sosa.

The best Blackhawk player has got to be Bobby Hull - end of discussion!
