Call me crazy but Jamarcus could be a perfect back up to Josh Freeman.  They both have similar builds, arm strength, and would use the same game plan.  He had a rough time with Oakland, but doesn't everyone?  The kid had a great college career, and has the tools to be another Daunte Culpper pre knee injury.  All that being said, why not take the chance.  He could easily be obtained for the minimum and he could compete with Josh.  Plus Josh hasn't proven himself legitimate as a decision maker, so this would breed a competitive edge.  To me its a no brainer, sign the kid and ride him.  No one wants to fail as a pro, and everyone likes redemption.  Plus it always smart to have more than one viable QB alternative, and only in the world of the CFL will Josh Johnson be that.
