Am I nuts but A beno for eddy curry trade has came accross my mind. With curry guaranteed to exercise his option for 2010-2011 at 11 million and there is no way beno does exercise his option for his final season. the knicks save around 5 million this season and roughly 4 next season. but they loose around 5-6 million overall which i think they dont mind all that much as long as they dump curry.  the kings save 5-6 million (if they dont trade curry) and if they do intend to trade curry after this season, he will have an even better expiring contract then k9's this. just a thought.

Look would it be that bad if Tyreke was a backup at the 2,( which I believe he will end up being anyways.) I believe sergio will emerge as the starter at the point with Beno being a solid albeit expensive backup pointuard. Remember Beno played the best  of his career while fighting for time with bibby. This by no means that martin and Tyreke can't and will not play together, which will be a awesome offensive force.  Bring Tyreke along slowly at the point, he is going to be a terrific player for us for many years. that leaves us

ps Just thinking of tyreke,garcia,nocioni on the floor at the same times makes me think we wont be pushovers anymore.
