Finding a Tyreke Backcourt Buddy
Tyreke Evans has established himself as the Kings lead guard of the future. It doesn't matter whether he is labeled a PG, SG, NaPG, or PG-13: all that matters is that he will be handling the offense, and that defensively he is a big body with good defensive potential. We also have potential at SF with Casspi and Donte, as well as young bigs in JT, Landry, Cousins, and Whiteside (and heck, Dalembert) to fill in the front court. While many questions surround the Kings, we seem to have some potential answers in the form of youthful pieces. However, a question still lingers...
...can we find an upgrade to serve as Tyreke's Backcourt Buddy (aka TBB)? Is there someone out there who can play the TBB?

DraftExpress -- Power Forward Statistical Breakdown
DraftExpress article detailing some statistics of PFs, including one Blake Griffin.
Last year they did analysis of all positions; this could be the start of something similar this year.
Centers 'By the Numbers' (DraftExpress evaluation)
DraftExpress has released their evaluation of the centers in this year's draft. i have become a big fan of these, so i like to share when i see one come up that has not yet been mentioned.
This reassures me into believing that i would not be too upset if we ended up grabbing hibbert or jordan....but speights looks pretty good, numbers-wise. obviously they are just numbers, but i was surprised to find speights ranked very highly in PER, efficiency-per-40, and Win-score (towards the bottom).
(Obligatory) DraftExpress SF Evaluation
Gallinari, Alexander, Donte Green, et al. included here. Typical drill with these DraftExpress reviews.
It is a little out-dated (per some of the draft drop-outs from yesterday), but it is a good comparison nonetheless.
Alexander seems to rebound well, he gets to the line, can block some shots....i'm liking this kid more and more! Anyone else feel like trading to nab the #13 pick to go with our #12?

PG Comparison (mmmm, charts)
Draft Express has release a nice article detailing some comparisons between the big name point guards coming into the draft. I have not yet seen it here on StR, and dunno who else checks out Draft Express, but I found it quite interesting....
...It was interesting to compare DJ Augustin and Russell Westbrook, two of the more desired PGs that we readers constantly bat around as being potentially available at the #12 pick. I know numbers don't mean everything, but hey, they gotta mean something, right?
