First I still retain a lot of respect and belief in MS....but I am dumbfounded about why in all L would you bring in an aging qb will diminished skills....then bring in a bucket of aging rbs...then not Ensure that the ol was at least capable of protecting the health of this investment/leader/qb..Many many changes have taken place since MS got here but few... that ensured protection for the qb. There didnt seem to be a mission to get that calber of ol for the offence. This was a error or worse.Then you didnt get any high target receivers.And you didnt get a coach who game planned plays that were within the qbs strengths..you insisted on your new schemes
You expected more of DMac than he or many other qbs could give...U set him up for failure....
All of the necessary changes cannot just come from firing players...you and yours need to look really hard at yourselves...Rightfully this is your team,but honestly I think that you do need to adjust your ego(respectfully)

This is despite the record ...a better TEAM and I give you credit for it. Some of the credit...A great deal of the credeit goes to the efforts and professional leadership of the guy you benched DMac. I still believe that this will definitely be a better TEAM next year , but not as good without DMac.

I watch other teams with very good qbs whos receivers do 360s and catch balls inches from the ground.We knew all of DMacs flaws before we got him but we still did not protect him enough to get his best from him.

I'm sorry but I'd hoped and expected that the major parts of this team would be intact for next year and that only some necessary new parts would be added.I really was / am optimistic that we will be much improved next year especially with a new dedicated loyal AH. None that he's a  goner...I'm almost saddened by this,but it has to turn out for the better(someone up front knew that this would eventually happen). So I.m excepting it and expecting good to come from it. We are despite all the bad stats a Better TEAM. Mistakes were made by both coaches ..MS and KS. Nontheless they are the right coaches to continue moving us forward. For the remainder of the season just let AH play...where he wants to play.

Ensured that the OL was better than it is!!!

Regardless of who the QB was going to be , but especially if it was going to be an older,QB with diminished skills.

Obviously D.Mac is still one of the top ten QB's in the NFL.He still possesses a strong arm,some mobility and leadership skills.However he has been left out for the wolves due to a poor OL.He has taken more punishment than most younger QB's could stand . He has been battered , bruised and not allowed to do his job due to his OL

being incapable of protecting him.Also I believe that his arm was hit as he tried to throw as the ball was intercepted.

it has not been D.Mac's mo to throw soo many ints.....i think that he has become gun shy and is proably suffering from some combination of naggging injuries.

D.Mac is not what he used to be , but he is still a good enough QB to run a sucessful team......but Not w/o adequate pass protection!! NO QB can take that type of punishment and be sucessfull / injury free.

MS bears the fault for this failure......what the L......lack of endurance to run 2 min.drive...c'mon

Fox sports news announcer Troy Aikman SEEMS to go out of his way making negative comments against Redskins QB D.McNabb  and the Redskins in general.

I've always thought that QB's held a bond between themselves. But He Aikman makes me wonder why he seems  so anti Redskins. Is it part of his script , personal opinion or just his dislike of the Skins .

I'm not pleased with his personal commentary against the Redskins.Is it me?

I thought that he was going to be our change -up rb, our speed back.

I've not seen him play , so I dont have an opinion on him. But it would have been nice to see a speed back run through some of the Gaps the Colts left open. I thought that R.T tried to get to the edges too often,especially when he could have cut back up field for good gains. As great a job as he is doing he is not a speed back and needs to concentrate his efforts on running north / south . Is there any reason whey C.Simpson isnt playing? We need to go out and Beat da Bears...period!

My Prayers go out to him and his family concerning their loss. I am becomming concerned about his Not Playing after his return to the team and after having practiced....what is going on???? this situation is weighing on my capacity to HOPE.......What is going on??? Is this another AH  / MS thang? Pls git this &*^(*%^fixed, please somebody share the real truth about this issue....its almost depressing for Fans to have to continue to endure this uncertainty!!!

This kid was a good player at USC about 3-4 years ago .He was drafted by Miami...and ended up with the NY Jets.

They recently released him.

He is in his 20's......thats about all I know about him??

He presents a big target and may have useful skills....and is proably not that expensive??? Could this possibly be that affordablle extra weapon for the team???

Perhaps a little of nothing$$$$can turn into a lot of something....you think

it was a good  ruff win....

I now join the group that feels that ONE of our urgent needs is OL. After watching QB Mcnabb driven from the pocket time after time...and watching opposing QBs stand in their pocket for-ever, its rather clear that we need immediate OL improvement / upgrade .

Philly is good and the quality of their OL has a great deal to do with it.

Once our OL is improved we will continue to improve offensively . McNabb also has room to grow...he threw a few ugly balls..but should get better with better protection. He played well enough not to throw the game away....but he had to spend too much  time executing on the  run.

TE Davis has to take ownership of balls thrown to him . He needs to do a better job of tracking imperfectly thrown balls and catch them.

We are not done losing...but I feel that we've taken a  positive step forward. This TEAM never Quit.!!

And they could have even played better...could have had several interceptions

The RB situation is working itself

Realistically our QB is not what he was...but,he is still one of the best (in the top 11). Clearly he has to have

A. Protection    B . Proper Tools   C . Appropriate Gameplan.....I still feel that we need  bigger target wr,(s) not necessarily VJ (unless,he comes at a bargain )

Calling all rb's *if you are hateful,angry ,prideful,brusing,and determined to be sucessful REGARDLESS....APPLY

As McNabb is really just starting to learn this new offensive .its clear that he has the arm to spread the ball short and long ,however its becoming increasingly clear that he must sooner than later get Better OPTIONS @ WR & RB

I think that it is  time to get a Big Target WR for passes that are seemingly overthrown....,truth is , some of these passes are just not being ran out... .too many catchable passes are missed ...some of which bigger  (taller wr's) would more likely catch.....tooo many scores are left on the field........this puts unnecessary stress on our D

We also have to get an aggressive,hardnosed ,power /speed driven RB...unlike CP who seems dependent on MACK TRUCK size holes to lumber into.

LETS GET THIS team balanced

This win was won w/o the efforts and support of the whinning,moaning,sour-puss AH.

 What N the L is this  guy's me ,me,me first ,  attitude all about..  In spite of his  immature behaviors i still would not

 trade him unless we got BIG VALUE

nontheless it was shown that this group of FIGHTERS can / will Win w/o him and they will only get BETTER

Unless I wasnt paying much attention, I thought I witnessed a poor performance/effort by AH most of the night! It seemed as though he was simply "just going thru the motions " many times.

I understand changing the culture of the FBteam , and even attempting to coach one out of poor practing habits / attitudes...HE IS OF NO USE OUT OF SHAPE and is of great value IN SHAPE...couldnt AH just Yield and allow MS to coach the team into a TEAM . I'm sorry but I think that MS has been more than reasonable in allowing AH to practice at and play some DE . AH saids he wants to be another Reggie White ...really

I thought that I read where he was let go by New England. If so , how serious of a look does he deserve ? If priced right would he be a worthwhile addition to our running game ? I dont know why NE released him , but if it is not injury related he might be just what our running game needs?  He can be a beast..

I also believe that there is going to be a good pool of talent released by teams , so there may be better rb.s becoming available?

How BADD do we need a BIGG WR...time is RUNNING OUT.

I really think that he would be a GR8 addition to our football team. He would be that cant miss go to guy . This would make our passing game next to impossible to defend.

Does this team have enough talent that a good coaching staff can bring out?

Will D McNabb come into camp weighing less than the 240 lbs listed.....if he does that ...the O will be much improved....That alone will equate to 4 + wins...If this team has real talent and WORK hard , they will be LEAD by

an outstanding QB...and the sky is their limit
