who has been the better hitter this year? discuss...

this is fucking stupid, you can easily have something worthy of conversation that is under 75 words wrong. on the old site you could at least just hit the space bar a couple times and it would count as words. see they have changed that on the new site. blah, blah, blah. yay! only 61 words on my first try, lets try again, blah, blah, blah blah..............

they have reached pretty crazy proportions. worse than the yankees at any point i can remember. there were probably more red sox fans through the gates in arlington than rangers fans this weekend. its funny because 10 years ago nobody cared about the red sox. they didn't even sell out feneway. you would go to a game in texas and you would see as many fans as you see when the white sox or a's or any other marginally popular team popular team comes to town. its funny how espn and mlb basically created the red sox with this curse and rivalry with the yankees they started pushing a few years ago.

i have heard this before and i'm not sure if it is true or not. if a pitcher gives up zero hits, zero walks, and a runner reaches on an error, but that runner is immediately picked off or the next hitter grounds into a double play is it a perfect game? the pitcher has given up zero hits, zero walks, and sits down 27 straight. this kind of applies to last night because buehrle did sit down 27 straight, although it was a walk so obviously it couldn't be a perfect game.

anybody else pumped? this team is pretty damn good. i could easily see them making a superbowl run in the nfc. i think it is fair to say that this team would be 7-3 or 8-2 if they had been getting this level of play out of the qb all season. you look at the four losses 3 were pretty much 100% due to drew bledsoe being a complete dufus. he just sucked against jacksonville, throws an INT whent hey are driving to score against philly, and who knows what direction that giants game goes if he doesn't throw the infamous INT that gets him benched. then you have the wasington game which involved one of the biggest fluke plays in nfl history. i guess i'm a homer, but i'm a realist too. i'm not one of those, 'yay!! dallas is always the best!' people. i really think this might be the best team in the nfc and a top 5 team in the nfl.

i'm going to puke if the astros benefit from the crapiness of the national league and sneak into the playoffs AGAIN. go cards.

300 characters, blah, blah, blah. this is stupid, you can easily have a topic that is worthy of discussion that is under 300 characters long. no other messageboards do this, i realize it isn't under adam's control but still, damnit.
