Finally, the opportunity for us to get a (recent) Canuck on the cover of an NHL game. The Blackhawks had two years in a row, Stamkos came out of nowhere last year (helluva season, but a cover based on it?), yet our numerous award winners (Hart, Selke, Linday, Art Ross, and a Vezina nominee!) get left in the dust. Pure tom foolery.

This is probably all for naught as it seems that whenever a league vote is held the Habs, Sens or Pens faithful stuff the ballot boxes, but if we can pull it off how satisfying would it be? So if you don't want to see Tomas Plekanec, Jason Spezza or Marc-Andre Fleury adorning the cover of NHL13 head over to NHL.com's cover vote page, register, and get Henrik or Burr on the cover. Tell your friend, venture over to CDC (ugh) and let them know, spread it on Twitter and Facebook and maybe, just maybe, we'll get the opportunity troll every other fanbase by getting a shot of Alex Burrows (my vote) adorning the cover of their favourite video game.

Hey there, folks.

Haven't posted here in quite a while, and when I did I was hardly prolific. I've moved to Montreal from BC for school since last years playoffs, and was wondering if there were any fans here that would be interested in hitting a drinking establishment to watch the playoffs this year. Playoffs aren't the playoffs without drinks, cheers and high fives, and no one I know here is a really a hockey fan, much less a Nucks fan.
