Quick question for those used to attending basketball games which are the best spots to sit? I remember people breaking down which seats they liked before. I was thinking center court lower tier would offer the best view. Rather than looking at an angle or being behind the baskets. Obviously I'm excluding the very expensive floor seats or court-side seats from this query. And I don't intend going for upper tier either since that is very away in the o2 arena. Thanks in advance.

Just looking at the nets salaries down the line and the qualifying offer at the end of our rookie contracts. I realise that its made to make say Terrance Williams become a restricted free agent if he wanted to as opposed to a ufa. But in regards to free agency I get a player can accept an offer from another team and if its matched they have to stay with their current team. But if this does occur and they don't want to play under the contract for their current team. For say another three years can they turn around and accept the qualifying offer instead and just play one more year?

Caught a few Orlando games this year and undoubtedly Vince was slower than the year before. Now Vince is getting older but how much can a player lose in a year. Well since all of my fellow nets fans watched Vince a lot the year before he left I'd like your opinions of how much has Vince slowed down in comparison to the year before he left. Some things I noted that have influenced my perception, he handles the ball less in Orlando and is less of a feature so obviously moves slower. It also be that he is on other team now and lets face it as stupid as it may be when player wears t shirts like Vince did on occasiion it makes them look older. His performence over the season and in the playoffs asside. In terms of quickness, explosivness and physical ability how much as Vince slowed in comparion to the year he left.  Obviously he still can be exslposive etc. But this is what I'd like to hear your opinion on.

Just wanted to clarify something, are sign and trade only good for the player when max money is involved. Ie: the only benifit being they get more max money. Is it just them/ their new team being nice and building goodwill with a team by offering one if they offer one. EG: hedo to the raptors that wasn't a max deal. I realise that the new team and of course the old team can benifit by getting rid of a contract for a player they don't need or getting something in return in the case of the old team. But is there any benifit money wise for the player or the new team if its not a max deal. I mean can they arrange the way the contract is paid (in each year) any diferently. Don't see how this could be the case just want thinking about it. So when they are offered fo not max money is it usually just for goodwill or whatever I guess is waht I am asking.

Georgia Tech big man Derrick Favors is back in favor in New Jersey. A league source told me on Wednesday night that after 24 hours of debate, it looks like Favors has re-emerged as the favorite to go No. 3. After a so-so Favors workout on Monday, the Nets began to move toward Syracuse forward Wes Johnson. But with the draft now less than 24 hours away, Favors has re-emerged as the favorite. The news squashes the prevailing theory around the league that drafting Johnson was a precursor to the Nets signing free agent forward Carlos Boozer this summer. Both Johnson and Boozer are represented by the same agent, Rob Pelinka. The source stressed that the decision wasn't a final one and that the Nets were also exploring potential trade options with the No. 3 pick. But if the draft were held tonight, Favors would be the pick.

None other than Lawrence Frank our old head coach. Highlights, the video basically suggests we take Favors after taking a look at out draft history and the history of the 3 spot. They also briefly review the team, take a look for yourself.

Pretty psyched about this, as probably the only nets fan in Ireland I'll definitely be at one of those games. Even better the date being march. The game might actually count for something and there a good chance it will be during my college mid term. Just felt the need to express how psyched I am at the chance of this happening. Another pro knicks garbage from the NY daily news. Thibs wasn't offered the job by the nets I believe and of course the Knicks are the most likely place after cleveland with the great team they have.
