I have been thinking if Manning Is healthy what I would do with the #1 pick in the draft and it would be to work a trade out with Arizona. I think we could get Fitzgerald, Docket and a first round pick. This would alleviate two of our biggest needs and give us a top ten pick to do with as we please. Lets not forget our 2nd round pick will also be close to our usual first rounder...There is a reason they do not hit on every first rounder.

To me this is the safest route with Manning and we get two impact players for the rest of Manning's career, with the ability to draft another in the 1st round or Manning's backup and QB of the future. I know 50% of the people on this site would like to draft Luck, throw that scenario out completely and think about what teams would give us the most in a short term trade over the next couple years. Be creative lets not discuss Luck at all and decide on what other options are out there if we trade the pick. I am looking at a four year window to win hell think about trading the top ten pick as well.

Ok not trying to piss anyone off or bring back bad memories from last season, but I am just trying to get everyones take on what the most frusterating play of last regular season was for them. For me it was the pick six by I  believe Mathis, where he mauled Marvin. That was the difference in us winning and losing the division. I am sure there are other plays  that got to everyone else just cant think of any more frusterating to me.

I was just wondering what everyones thought was when we drafted Manning and made him the starter the first season. I know I felt like we turned our back on captain comeback at first and was actually a little upset that we did such a thing. Granted Manning won my heart over after the first year.

How about everyones fellings and thoughts on the Edge transistion from Faulk, that was a hard one to stomach as well.

Jerome Pathon to Reggie Wayne...Edge to Adaii.....Marvine to Gonzo is.....Pollard and Dilger to Dallas Clark...

Also any thoughts by any other player transitions that were hard to take at first! Please no comments on Polian we all know he is great I would just like to hear peoples reaction to player transistions, not our faith in Polian. Lets also leave out the OT transition it was a retirement.

Just wonderin how everyone views the loss to the Steelers after we forced the fumble. In my view It is not Vanderjacks fault that we lost but either Manning or the coaches. We took three shots at the endzone almost had it picked twice. Would the smart move been to have picked up 5 yards to make the kick that much easier. 50+ yards to 45 is huge. Do you think manning audibled out of a dumb off or run and tried to win the game on those three plays or did he run the play call he recieved?
