I've been a Packers fan since birth really. But I became an active fan in 1989 when I was 7. I still remember crying on Christmas night when the Vikings beat the Bengals to knock the Pack out of the playoffs. I've stuck with them through thick and hick. Go Pack Go!

Week 1 injuries
Personally, all I wanted to see Sunday was the Packers get a W in a tough road game and come out of the game healthy. The Pack won but also had several injuries:
Nick Collins injured his ribs while tipping away a 3rd down pass in the back of the end zone but he seemed to be OK.
Cullen Jenkins sustained multiple fractures in his hand. However, he returned with a fantastic club cast and played really well. Cullen, if you could just keep playing with the cast, that'd be great ok?
Justin Harrell has a "significant knee injury" acording to Mike McCarthy and Harrell said he thinks he tore his ACL. I must say I feel bad for this guy beacause it's not his fault he keeps getting injured but the Packers can't keep him if he's never on the field. So I'd say we need a DL. Let's all take a moment of silence and curse Johnny Jolly. Maybe Jarius Wynn will be brought back? As it stands now, healthy DL include: Raji, Pickett, C.J Wilson(inactive today), and I'll include Jenkins and Neal because they will likely play next week. Does Ted need to bring another DL in if/when Harrell goes on IR? If so, who?
Now the big one: Ryan Grant sprained his ankle just when he was heating up running the ball, like I had been screaming for all half. He did not return and was on the sidline in a walking boot. Obviously this is pure speculation but if I had to guess, I'd say he'll be out 2-4 weeks hopefully less. If Grant misses time Brandon Jackson and John Kuhn are the halfbacks. Should a roster move be made here? This is a tough call to me because adding a HB would mean cutting someone or putting someone on IR and Jackson and Kuhn looked pretty good today. Hopefully #25 won't miss a game or only miss next week and this one won't be an issue.

Colledge to start at LG Opening Day
Via Cheesehead TV: According to Mike Vandermause of the Green Bay Press Gazette: at head coach Mike McCarthy’s post-practice press conference, as reported on Twitter:
MM: Colledge will start at left guard in season opener.
This is not schocking due to Bryan Bulaga not playing on Thursday night Due to injury. If Bulaga comes back strong from a hip flexor injury which is not serious could he unseat Colledge for the LG job? Or was this just a savy motivational ploy by MM to get Colledge to play better? After all, the starting 5 has not changed since day 1 of camp.
