Earliest Leafs recollections?
In the living room with my father and grandfather, watching the Broad Street Bullies pummel my Leafs in the playoffs 1975-1977.
The thrill of victory when Lanny McDonald scored in game 7 overtime against the Islanders in 1978, followed by the soul-crushing defeat of being swept by the Canadiens in the following series. By rights, we would have been avenged in 1993, but for one Mr. Kerry Fraser. Lest we forget.
