Just to inform every Spurs fan not to worry too much because I'm sure Manu will recover from that injury, during the USA game. Knowing the man himself, I'm sure he will comeback stronger for the new season. Much to last season dissapointment, he will win a few more NBA title for the Spurs. If I had one wish is that I wish he was still 21 rather than 31. I doubt he will ever play for Argentina again. But with Duncan and Parker having a good break during the summer, Spurs will come gunblazing for the title. I don't know will there ever be another Argentine player like Manu. But if there was one, I only hope he will play for Spurs one day. Thanks for all the support for Argentina throughout the Games. Its pretty normal for anybody to feel down, saying stupid things (like I just did during the game thread) and feeling so miserable.

 

But then again, I was thinking very hard and then I realized that this is not going to help. This is exactly what all our rivals want from us.

 

So why give it to them so easily when we earned everything through blood, sweat and tears. Its not about who is laughing now but who is going to laugh later.

 

If there is a time for greatness to happen and that time is NOW. After all this is San Antonio Spurs, where the REAL amazing things always happens.

 

So this is my message to the whole team….

 

STAND UP AND BE COUNTED!!!

 

I want Manu, Tony, Tim, Fab, Kurt, Bruce, Michael, JV, Brent, Robert and the rest of the team to give everything they’ve got. Offense, defense, you named it. Everything.

 

GO SPURS GO!!
