Broad Street Hockey Worried about Bob

Okay no doubt BOB is having a good year and a damn good one for being a rookie. But lets look ahead to where it matters, the playoffs.

1. Will Bob become tired out much like JVR did last year?

2. Lets face it when BOB is in goal he almost always gives up two goals. With the tight competition in the playoffs can we afford that?

3. I woud start BOOSH in the playoffs, but GOD FORBID he gets hurt, then we have BOB and Leights, who do you start then?

Just thought i should share my concern.

annnnnnd go!

Broad Street Hockey Ville Leino

Just curious, where is Ville Leino, why isnt he in the line rotation for tonight? I know he was hurt in the playoffs and had surgery and i didn't know if he was like recovering or whatever figured you guys would know. I really hope the HBL line can be reunited, and im just writing things right now because this wont post unless its 75 words so just read the first line. Go flyers!

Broad Street Hockey Tonight is the night

I think that if the Flyers want to start going in the right direction, they start tonight by laying some serious whoop ass on that bitch Crosby and the Pens. It would be an amazing morale boost and possibly could help them out in the long run. I'm not saying we make the playoffs quite yet, there is still a lot of work to do, but tonight we need to do something, otherwise I don't really know where this team is going. LETS GO FLYERS!!!!!! Going to the game can't wait!!!

Broad Street Hockey What is the problem?

The Flyers were picked at the begging of the season to finish in the top three of the Eastern conference by many people. They started off things the right way wit a few good wins, but now it seems that the winter has frozen our Flyers. With Emery stuck on the shelf for at least four more weeks, and a team that can't seem to build anything, one can only wonder what the hell is going on? Do we need to make some moves, in my opinon we NEED a GREAT GOALTENDER, Emery he's okay, Boucher plays well some games but we cant win around the games when he plays well. The Pen's are so good not only because they are stacked with firepower but because they play as a team and they have an amazing goaltender in Marc Andre Fleury. Since they are our benchmark what do we have to do? Do we trade Danny Briere, who has 19 points but is still minus 9. Do we trade Carter who is awful at faceoffs. I wish we traded Couburn instead of Sbisa. Do we give the C to Pronger? What are we to do? I'm asking you guys for you opinon. In my opinon here's what i would want the Flyers to look like.

Keep: Richie, Pronger, Carle, Giroux, JVR, Betts, Pyrolla, Kimmo, Asham, Gagne (who is gagne?) Carcillo, Kalinski, Bartulis, Powe, Laliberte

Could drop: Carter, Briere, Cote, Syvret, Courburn, OKT, Hartnell

The rest are floaters.

Let me know your thoughts and as always Lets Go Flyers

Broad Street Hockey Coburn

Is it just me or does anyone else think Coburn SUCKS? He always seems to get beat and always seems out of position, aside from that game where he scored twice i cant think of the last good thing he did. Like WTF trade his ass, I mean the dude is -5 on the season and then he lost the Pittsburgh game by scoring on his own net, i just don't get it.  feel free to comment just my opinion.
