Matt McGloin earns PSU Scholarship

"Former standout West Scranton quarterback Matt McGloin has earned a scholarship at Penn State University. He was a walk-on last year, and will be a redshirt freshman this season."

Does this have any impact on the PSU scholarship allocations? I just got this Scranton Times via e-mail notification.

White Out this weekend?

I know they declare all-stadium White Outs before the season, but any chance there might be one this weekend?

But the way some weather reports are looking, we may have a white out from the sky. Which can be pretty exciting in itself. In the past, how has the grounds grew at Beaver Stadium with snow? I can't remember a significant amount of snow during a Penn State game at home, anyone remember any?
