So we've seen the link to some of the new gear Nike is offering up. If you look closely at this particular shirt though, you'll notice that there's a logo that we haven't seen before. New alternate logo possibly? I actually like it a bit better than our regular color scheme. Looks a little more cleaned up in my opinion.

Playoffs or not, we are better off than we were 365 days ago.

Via NFL.com, here is a link to a very clearly-spelled out playoff scenario for each team in the League.

Also, game times may be of interest.
The Titans, Bengals, and Jets play at noon (CT).
The Raiders and Broncos play at 3:15 (CT).

Just wanted to share that for those who may still be confused - Merry Christmas everyone!

Hate to see guys get hurt, but how amazing would it be for Favre's career to end (again) with him spiraling the Texans down the drain?

Anchor Of Gold Gunner Kiel on campus yesterday

This is my first post on here - usually I just read. But I was surprised to see that no one had mentioned that the top QB prospect in the nation made an unofficial visit to Vandy yesterday. From what I heard, the visit went great, and he is strongly considering Vandy along with LSU and Notre Dame as his other top choices. It seems that Notre Dame is a front-runner, as all the "pros" predict him to go there, but this visit could have changed a lot.

Here is the link to Gunner's Rivals page (clearly not updated): Link

I wouldn't consider us the frontrunners for Kiel, but he certainly fits into our offense better than Notre Dame's, and they have already brought in guys with whom he would have to compete for the job. We have a legitimate shot at getting this guy, so let's all hope CJF can seal the deal!

Proposal... three-way merger with Vikings and Cowboys!

maybe there is enough among us and these two other shitty franchises to salvage something out of this season. I'm on board... and after all, aren't jerry jones and bud adams like the two richest owners in the nfl? it CAN HAPPEN!

Music City Miracles Letting Mawae Go Ruined This Team.

I truly believe that if we had kept Kevin Mawae, none of this shit would be happening.

Our O-line would be better.

CJ would be running better.

VY would not have fumbled the snap that got him injured.

His play would have gained the trust of Fisher.

We would be able to control the ball, and our defense would not be exposed.

Vince would not have faced the pressure up the middle that got him injured yesterday.

And finally, we would not have lost 3 straight games to shitty teams.

Michael Griffin was certainly right when he mentioned the "egos" on this team, and I think this is yet another case which exemplifies that. This is a case where egos got in the way of what makes this a better team, and this franchise really needs to reconsider the way it is doing business.

I realize this is brief, and there are a few logic jumps, but I think it makes enough sense to get you thinking about the trickling down of a stupid decision made several months ago which has cost us dearly.

PS, please resign, Jeff Fisher. That is all.

He has been wrong about EVERY SINGLE Titans game this year. How do these guys keep their jobs? Hopefully he's finally right though...

Music City Miracles Red Pants

This hasn't been mentioned anywhere, but the whole white uniform thing this Sunday got me wondering about red pants. Personally, I think they would go awesome with the uniform (any uniform, for that matter). I'm thinking about like a shiny red with dark blue and white (probably Columbia blue also) stripes down the sides.

Also, if anyone has any information on whether this is allowed, that would be nice to know as well.

So I'd just like to know what everyone else thinks. Is this a good idea or a horrible one?

And if it's a good idea, why not promote it so that maybe the organization will catch wind that the best Titans blog in the land wants to see red pants at some point!

Music City Miracles Some good news about CJ

Turns out he's probably lying about not being in Nashville. Not sure who's seen this already (It's a day old) but it basically proves that CJ was in Nashville the day he denied being here (as well as denying working out at the Titans facility. The article begs the question: Why would CJ lie about this? The answer: leverage. Little by little, he's losing that leverage. I'm almost certain now that he shows up at camp.
