Best Steeler memory:
There are so many but I’ll take the one that popped in my head first: Bettis plowing over Urlacher in the driving snow for a touchdown. The first of many must wins in 2005.

I was born in Beckley, WV in ‘71 so the Steelers were definitely the team to root for. My older brother helped me out as I was pretty young for their first Super Bowl victory but remember Super Bowl XIII and XIV pretty well. I’ve been a big fan every since.

The 80’s were a rough decade…boy did I get sick of seeing the 49’ers. Thank goodness for Louis Lipps! I watched what seems like a thousand 6-3 (final score) AFC Central games when I could… depending on if we could move the antenna on top of the house to get a decent reception. I loved the ’89 season…except of course for the heartbreak of the Broncos loss.

I’m a big Cowher fan and love what he did with the team during his stay. I miss him…there, I said it. Too many awesome players to list and great times… heartbreaks too…I don’t know why but the 02 season Titans playoff loss hurt me more than some of the AFC championship losses.
