Just when you think the City of Green Bay has caught up with the World they take a Step backwards.In an attempt to stick it to Brett Favre and The Vikes,they Rename a street from Minnesota Avenue to Aaron Rogers Drive.Granted B.F. was the face of the Packers for what 16 yrs,but its been what 1 year and a half since the bittersweet divorce.You would think that being the Pack front office didnt want Favre,and wanted go another direction that at least they would be semi happy Bretts still playing.You would think his so called fans would be glad he is still playing no matter where he lands,put aside for the moment its the Vikings.

Your ex-Q.B. and our current Q.B. holds records that will never be touched again.Has played againts all 32 teams in the NFL. Has The most I am going to retire, no I am not seasons, along with all those other records he holds.

The Mayor of G.B. held a contest for how to greet Favres return in Purple,and all the winning suggestions fell short of what should of been in every Packer Fans mind.

Favres not being able to discern wether he wanted to play or not was easy to see,He has a 20 yr old heart in a 40 year old body.Being A Father he knew what a bad season would do to his kids in his eyes,Being a Warrior he knew what a bad season would mean to his body.Its not easy to be in your fortys,I know I am 48,cant even imagine what monday feels for Farvre,actually after a rough game Wednesday.

All in All we all know he will retire a Packer,Rejoice in the games he plays after the Pack, because you and everyone else in this world might get to see something no one else may get to see besides our Great,great,great grandchildren might ever see.

BTW the street they Renaming is a Dead End Road.

My take on the Steelers game

After the Game I was a little bummed out the Vikes lost,but then I realized that even though they lost, they have the Talent to play and beat any team.Then I realized also that this loss was a blessing in disguise,we got that first loss out of the way no pressure on being undefeated to contend with.Another good thing is next week is the Pack,nothing better then playing after a game they should have won.I am not going to use the Refs iffy calls to justify losing the game.Most of the Penaltys was due to the loud crowd noise,the Sapp hit was definately a late hit out bounds or close enough to be warranted.The others I aint even going to mention,though I would like to see Replay happen when points are taken off of the board due to a penalty.Should go automaticly into review in that case,and make sure that the right call was made.

Other then that I thought they played hard and was in the game the whole time.One question I have to ask as I missed the play,was Farvres arm going forward on that sack, fumble that scored a Defensive T.D. didnt get to see a replay, but heard the noise and groaned.Also was Chester hit before the ball got to him.This is not a loss for any Vike fan to hang their head down on,we have the Talent to overcome any Team but ourselves.The schedule looks pretty decent from here on out.I believe the Vikes can win any of the rest of seasons matches.

Dont know if any of you play online games I found this one by accident and its not too bad.Its free you can pay money for upgrades and stuff but so far I have been keeping up with those that pay extra.Its a lot like Age Of Empires one of my fav games.Takes a little planning,some common sense and of course time to burn,the game play takes a bit to get used to but in time you catch on.

First lets give props to a true hero of sports,Udeze who retired on his terms for his own reasons once.

Now I like that he tried a comeback,but realizes he cant all the while on Viking payroll.Happens to be my Fav team but VIKES paid in full last year.Props go out to Udeze,and props to the Vikes.

Thats a true playa,went thru bone marrow transplants and still wanted play eh.

The nameless one wont come play with us,said he likes High School Wide outs VS Pro wide outs.Harvin was quoted as "He dont need no gloves for that Bitch"guess we will never know.

Who knows what will happen,just like any other year.

Dont be deflated we still have Childress he threw 6 T.D.s while being a Q.B. so all hpe is not lost,What do you think.

Last cig for the day,makes me do the what if thing,hmm wonders,but then again see Sage stepping and doing well.

Damn still not enough words,and truly not enough remorse at what might have been,but glad its over. To be reinstated next week will get a 4 game suspension.Anyone looking for a Q.B. who do you think will pick him up.We know it wont be Atlanta, but could be Oakland, maybe 48ers.Who else do you think will try snag him.Is there anytime Team willing to take a longshot.Washington,Dallas.Hopefully not us as we have our own Q.B. doubts of will he,wont he,which I thought was done.

The Nameless one has garnered enough attention to stroke 10 T.O.s,do we realy need him.Farve doesnt want to go thru camp,granted after 18 years who does,but he hasnt gelled with our system(sry,he is not used to K.O.A.) in his prime yea cut some slack.But to give the Vikings a shot he needs to be in camp at the beggining and thats where it broke down.He feels he can walk in, any team and be number one without hard work.

I will take our chances with the Q.B.s we got,because they dont feel like they are better then the game even if it means not getting a S.B. win this year.

I have waited this long whats another year or 2 at least then it will be a team effort not a 10 and 1 offensive unit.

Only Farvre can throw an inter like that its like an offensive punt.His goldfish is constipated so he is playing with heart this week,his lawnmower threw a rod and only he can play this game with that kind of loss.

Jesus Christ enough about this Q.B. who has thrown just as many T.Ds as inters,50 percent is not a good avg.

This aint G.B. where he walks on hallowed ground,aint nothing but a southern hick that got a following in Winscosin of all places.

I would love to think that our front office has our best interest at heart,but bottom line they are trying keep their jobs along with everyone else.That said,does hiring Chilly seem like a smart move,NO.What makes you think they are going to make a smart move now,if they didnt with H.C.posisition.

This draft is going to make Tice and Denny look like Genuis in the making,which to tell the truth they already have.Problem we have is how long must we endure this,my guess is we pick a something we dont need,like a waterboy.Dont get your hopes up,we wont pick by need,but by what Chilly thinks we need.

The Vikes take on the Giants Sunday,If they play like they should we will be in the play offs.If they dont,well write the Season off, because if we need the Bears to lose,this aint the Team I thought they was.

I aint a chilly backer but Coach didnt lose that game last week.In fact Coaches put together a pretty good plan,one that almost over came 7 fumbles.

Viking players left that win on the table.

I expect the Vikings come loaded this week and bring us that win,and also the rest of the games that follow.

Aint just 1 player lost that game last week Aint no I in Team aint no I in Lose either.

We play the Giants, but our counterparts in this Division play the Pack.We need to go to their blog and root for a win in between rooting for our team.They are on A verge of a 0-16 season and need our karma for a win.If it was the Bears or Pack I wouldnt care.But both games they played hard against us,no Quit in that Team.So if get Time Give props and well wishes between downs.
