Heat considering swap for Raptors’ O’Neal

The Miami Heat president has been seriously considering a trade package for O’Neal that would send Shawn Marion to Toronto, multiple league sources said. Yet Riley first needs to see O’Neal’s progress before he’ll make the leap of faith on a trade.

But You cannot avoid that in every game...

Look guys I LOVE Blazers as im one of the followers of this team (though im avid fan of Boston, and Spurs too).

There's a lot of things needed to become a championship caliber team. Blazers are already have some of it. But ill put some important points on how and why Blazers is not yet (But i hope that it will be Blazer and Celtics on Finals as i hate FAKERS).

1. CHampionship Caliber Team must have Toughnes (Physical game & mental Game)
2. Dont show Your Frustration, just continue playing
3. Look at all past Champions, what type of player they have:
Detroit - Original Badboys (isiah,Mahorn,Long,Rodman,Laimbeer) Tough-Dirty
Spurs - Bowen & Horry (tough & dirty
LA LAKERS (Shaq-Horry-Fox-A.C. Green)
Boston - KG-Perkins-Powe-Paul
Chicago- Rodman and more

I dont say you need to be dirty just to win a Championship, but if you will watch the games from 1980's and early 90's you will see how tough basketball it was. You see how Larry Bird got wacked from the air by Detroit Badboys and no Technical just a plain Foul. It extend up to Chicago, that MJ survive from NY Knicks, Detroit toughness and also Charles Barkley with Phoenix.

Last night what i've seen was completely frustration from Blazers Face Mostly with Brandon (he shouldnt show that, he should lead the team even they are in Bad situation). Blazers are still young, and yesterday all the weakneses has exposed.
Im not dishin Fernandez for 1 or 3 games, but if your shot aint fallin then try to do on other way including DEFENSE. Ray Allen never got a good hands but they shift to other things rather than to be upset. What we've seen last night we could just say that ROOKIE MISTAKES, and Blazers can Fix that on the next games. I Love to see Portland vs Boston in the Finals as they deserve each other on Win than Lakers, but for the Blazers to do that, they need to start playing as ONE, Tough and SOLID. Coaching And Staff should encourage thier Young players than sitting on the Bench like they lose already (beginning of 4th quarter). Even when they got some Run on Late, I never see any encouragement from the Players and Coach and STAff..

Go Blazers, as Boston Go!!! I wish you reach Finals and Face us..

Big Man Problem on the Paint (CLOGGING the MIDDLE)

First, I want to say hi to this great community.

Im one of this Team Fans, though im a member of some Team Blog(s) too.

I think the problem between Ammare and Shaq can be resolve if:

1. One of them willing to start coming from the bench - intead of being together on starting Line up. As both of them (amare & Shaq) are seeking attentions and more ball. They cannot give thier full ability and talent if they are together in one line up, as they both wanted to score at the same time.

2. Ego's need to put aside - If they wanted to make it work. as Shaq agreed already to sitdown his ass every other game, then why not ask him to start from the bench as second unit. In that case it will create a big mismatch on opposing team, while the big guys of other team are resting and also amare (if he is starter) then Shaq can create a big havoc on the 2nd unit.

3. Steve Nash should learn how to adjust himself on what the game needed him to play (knowing his MVP) then he should not hesitate to do that adjustment for himself.

Im not an expert on this but, in that kind team that full of talent its sad to see they're struggling on thier own play..
