Bleeding Green Nation Adam DiMichele and Jervonte Jackson (Jamaal Jackson's brother)

The Eagles announced on Monday the addition of two rookie free agents - quarterback Adam DiMichele and defensive tackle Jervonte Jackson. Both players participated in the post-draft mini-camp on a tryout basis.

The Temple Owls' team MVP in both the 2007 and 2008 seasons, DiMichele finished his career ranked fourth in school history with 5,024 passing yards, adding 40 passing touchdowns and five rushing scores. The McKees Rocks, PA, native was a three-sport all-state selection as a senior in football, basketball and baseball at Sto-Rox High School. In fact, DiMichele was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2005. DiMichele will enter training camp as the fourth quarterback behind Donovan McNabb, Kevin Kolb and A.J. Feeley.

The brother of center Jamaal Jackson, Jervonte registered 153 tackles and 7.5 sacks during his four-year career at Florida Atlantic University. The 22-year-old Jackson was named a first-team All-Sun Belt selection as a senior after posting 41 tackles and 1.5 sacks. The Eagles have three outstanding defensive tackles on the roster in Mike Patterson, Brodrick Bunkley and Trevor Laws. All three players were top draft picks of the Eagles. Behind those three, Dan Klecko, Amon Gordon and Jackson will battle to fill out the remaining spots on the depth chart.

The Good Phight Nationals Park

I was just at the game saturday when we played the first game of our double header and it seemed like i was in south philly. There were 5 phillie fans to every 1 nationals fan. I also love when the nationals tied it up in the bottom of the first with a homerun and we threw it back....its bad when your home field is overrun by phillies fans and we throw your homerun ball back at you.

Bleeding Green Nation Eagles Fans Stories

I been to many Philly games (Flyers, Eagles, Phillies, Phantoms) and have witnessed many memorial moments. I was at game 5 when the Phillies won the WS and that was AMAZING. I been to Flyer vs. Caps last year when we knocked them out. I have yet to watch the Eagles in the Linc but i plan on going to the Broncos vs. Eagles this year. I been to many Eagles games in the Vet and that was just insane. I just wanted to read some of your stories you guys have had with Eagles games or Philly teams in general. I love hearing stories about our passion we have for our teams.
