Hi guys...

Janny (sfgate.com) reports that Kelenna missed practice today with a mild sprain of his left knee...

His status is UNCERTAIN, which probably leads me to believe that he's questionable... which probably means he's a NO GO for the chicago game...

Nelson's head must be ready to explode... Just when he thought this small ball lineup was going to be successful...

I wish Kelenna a speedy recovery, because I want to see him play every game.

Kevin Frandsen or Emmanuel Burriss

It has been extremely tough watching the Giants play this season (to say the least)... I have been trying to find all the positives with this season and I must say that Emmanuel Burriss has to be one of the positives.

Other positives include:
Lincecum, Cain, Sanchez, Wilson, & Hinshaw.

 Anyhow, back to point...

Who will be the starting future 2nd baseman for the Giants? With Durham being traded to the Brewers it seems as if this position is for the taking to whomever proves themselves worthy. I haven't seen enough of Emmanuel Burriss to say that he's a sure knock in, BUT he's been extremely good defensively and I've definitely become a big fan of his.

I've seen Kevin Frandsen play and quite frankly I feel that when he comes back healthy he's going to have to earn a position on the roster...

I've read some stuff in the paper which says the Giants feel that although Burriss is a good SS, he can be one of the best 2nd basemen in the game.

Giants officials said that Burriss could become one of the best second basemen in the game

link where the quote came from

I'm not sure exactly what the Giants want to do, or where they envision Frandsen when he comes back...

I just wanted to see how all of you felt about this matter.

Warriors are after Brand

I guess you can call this breaking news!!

After Clippers swipe Davis, Warriors go after Brand

I'm sure excited to see how all this pans out. Monta, Jax and Brand... This could be something great...

Janny Hu reports that the Warriors are indeed going after Brand and offered him a 5 year deal between 85 - 90 million...

*gasp*

I wonder if Brand will bite...

It boggles my mind how a turn of events can either break or make your teams dreams and hopes... Here's to a successful 2008-2009 season... *CROSSES FINGERS*

I'm happy for Baron and wish him all the success... I truly believe that his departure to LA is a blessing in disguise... Now, let's see what the Warriors front office has in mind as the summer unfolds. Could it be Brand... to the Warriors?!
