Behind the Steel Curtain Cheer everyone up thread

This is to cheer everyone up.   This was a tough game but we are still in this fight.  I do not want to hear anything about losing and such it happens.    Think of it this way we still have Troy and Arron smith and we get Ben back.  This is different than last year and Tomlin will have this team in shape to go Sunday in two weeks.   We are in a good spot for the rest of year.  Look at Cincy and the Cardinals.  Both teams have collapsed and are in trouble.

Enjoy!!!

Behind the Steel Curtain It just got worse

I have to it just got even worse.  Please be advised that the content in this article is for mature audiences only.  I can not believe this guy did this.  This the final nail in the coffin for  our QB.  I do not know how anyone can defend this guy after this.  I would rather have mediocre seasons then have this guy on our team.

Big Fat Rapist needs to go

Behind the Steel Curtain Steelers Resign Clark

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Steelers have re-signed free agent S Ryan Clark.

Smartly, the Steelers didn't stop pursuing Clark after their Monday addition of backup-caliber safety Will Allen. Also smartly, Clark leveraged Pittsburgh by visiting the Dolphins on Monday. Clark turns 31 during the upcoming season and has never been a big-time playmaker, but is a banger in the back end with above-average range. His return is good news for a Steelers secondary that may experience major overhaul at cornerback.

Behind the Steel Curtain Steelers vs Ravens in London England 2010 ?

Rumor around Baltimore is that the Ravens are going to get an London game next year.  I personally would like the game to be against the Steelers.  What better way to show Europe American football then a match up for the ages. Can you image the bars of London filled with Ravens fans, Steeler fans, and soccer hooligans?  It will be great.  I am thinking this would be a great vacation and really fun.

I was wondering what everyone here thinks about that.   Would you go to London to see the Steelers play?  Which team do you think will get the most fan base out?

Behind the Steel Curtain Meet Troy Polamalu and Ziggy Hood

Hey guys I am just passing along this information.  This is a card expo show and Troy Polamalu and Ziggy Hood are coming to sign some autographs.   This is in Harrisburg PA on March 20th.   I will post some pics afterwords.

Do you want me to pass a message along to Troy or Ziggy?

Here is the link for the information
http://www.harrisburgareaiupalumni.org/March2010CardShow.pdf

This is an update in response to some comments.

Update 1/14:

Many of you have asked me take items and I would really like to but that would not be fair to the others because the  proceeds from this sports show and Troy P. and Ziggy H's autograph sessions will be donated to the Foundation for IUP for the scholarship fund that the Harrisburgh area alumni have created to benefit Harrisbury/York/Lancaster area students attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Also you can send in items to signed as well so no need to drive up and see me but I would enjoy the company of good friends.

I have made the link above hot so you  can view the information.

Behind the Steel Curtain Sunday night Football Colts vs. Patriots

Looks like the Colts secondary is getting chewed up by Tom Brady and the Patriots.   This is being called the rivalry of the decade.  I personally feel that the Steelers and Ravens rivalry is the rivalry of the decade.

So far in the game the Patriots are chewing up the Colts secondary.  Also the injuries on the Colts side seem to be piling up.

In other football news Troy Polamalu is getting an MRI to check on his left knee.  Here is hoping that everything is ok and Troy is only out for a short period of time if at that.
