OT: Professional athletes in WWE
Following seeing the WWE video with Rodman and Karl Malone I began thinking about the most epic matches possible with professional athletes....
add more good ones.....
Heaveyweights:
Larry Allen vs. Shaq
Winner: Allen he's simply too fat/strong
Brady division:
Brady Quinn vs. Tom Brady
Winner: Tom, he will win on a controversial tuck move at the end that will be reviewed.
NFC East safeties:
Sean taylor vs. Roy Williams
Roy williams will not be able to fight in a dress, and sean taylor will use his finishing move...the spit to defeat mr. williams.
the main event: escape the steel cage
Ben Roethlisberger vs. Nick Harper
Winner: Big Ben gets off to a fast start, but when he tries his finishing move 'the motorcycle' he winds up getting hurt. Harper is climbing the cage, and when he is just at the top big ben pulls him down by his shoe. And big ben escapes the cage and wins.

Full tilt poker/Arenas gets fined
I don't know if anyone has heard about this site, buts its really awesome, you can play with the pros. They have a refer a friend bonus, where if a person refers another and then completes $50 of rake the referee (you) gets $25, and the referor (me) gets $100.
If anyone is interested I can put $20 in your account for you to complete the bonus, I just need email addresses. I turned my $20 a friend gave me into $160 in about 2 months playing very low limits, and getting sucked out a lot more than I have sucked out.
Also if anyone wants to play heads up on there just comment or play a sit n go together. This is a really good tool in bankroll management which is VITAL to poker.
[editor's note, by Pradamaster]Speaking of gambling and Gilbert Arenas, he apparently was scolded for making the 10 dollar bet with a fan after the Portland game. Thanks to JakeTheSnake for the find. -Pradamaster
OT: The Drexel Dragons
Today in college basketball for a ton of teams around the country is judgement day. Out of conference schedules and road wins will be judged. Formulas will be made and ignored. There is NO good way to do it.
Drexel is 23-8 overall, with a 13-8 in conference schedule. They have big road wins over Syracuse, Villanova, Creighton, and Nevada. The one knock on drexel is 5 of their losses have come to VCU and Old Dominion.
The argument is they are 40th in the RPI, are in the CAA, breeder of George Mason, and they have many road out of conference wins. Some have them in, others have them out. I don't know about you guys but I am tired of seeing all the bids go to big state schools with all the money.
Prediction: Drexel with be a 12 seed in the Midwest playing Texas A&M in the first round.
NCAA bracket pool

only 3 people in it now, hopefully a ton of people will join, this pool has been going on now for about 6-7 years always with a few people in it. The scoring system is a standard 1 point 2 point 4 point and so on. Doubling as each round goes. In general if you pick the winner you should win the pool, but at least 1/2 the years no one's picked the winner, so the first rounds are really exciting.
Good luck to all (but duke).
OT: Shaun Livingston
His injury had to be about the grossest in modern sports. His kneecap got pushed completely to the side of his leg, and you could just see his leg flopping around.
I have no idea how anyone can recover from an accident like that, especially with all the ligament damage. I figure he will be out for about 2 years, and even then he might not be ready to play, much like Daunte Culpepper. It is a shame.
