SI suggests Ray Ray for B-Easy the best Celtics can do...
For a guy who we feel has little to no value (Beasle), I would think getting Jesus Shuttlesworth for the remainder of the year would be worth it in entertainment. I'm not sure how it helps the franchise long-term, unless Ray decides he wants to resign with us for a smaller number commensurate with his age.
I can see why Boston might do it (so they something of some value for Ray), but would Glen sack up and make the deal? Do we want him to?
Question about draft day trades
As all of Kahn's wheeling and dealing was going on during the draft, I wondered how many of the trades were agreed upon in principle prior to us selecting a player for another team (likely because we called them in advance of the pick), and how many were precipitated by us taking a player that some other team wanted badly enough to trade (so they came calling after the pick was made).
It seems to me that the first sort of trade (where we call up a team and ask if they want our pick) takes a certain skill in trading that Kahn clearly does possess. The second sort of trade seems to indicate the same willingness to trade, but also a certain aptitude for knowing which players are valued so highly by another team (or more) that they are willing to deal for them. This skill seems like it would have value year in and year out.
One generally doesn't get this kind of info (that I've been able to find) about draft day trades. I was hoping that one of you all would have some insight.
Thanks!

Draft Express Follows Up on Wes
DraftExpress.com has a regular feature where they look at a guy drafted this year and compare his NBA production to what they wrote about him prior to the draft. They recently gave their take on our boy Wes Johnson.
Seems to me that different/poor usage is the biggest thing holding Wes back. I don't know whether this is because of plans to bring him along slowly, or simply because he's playing out of position at the 2. But there is plenty of sunshine peeking through the clouds in my opinion.
How to find a trainer?
Are there any good resources for locating a quality trainer? I've received complimentary intro sessions with trainers at the chain fitness centers I've joined over the years, but have been largely unimpressed. I have a laundry list of physical ailments to be considered and addressed (elbow, hip, shoulder, back, etc.) and I want to put myself in capable hands. I think program design to address these specific deficiencies, as well as form coaching are my primary goals. Motivation is less important to me.
Thanks!
One rule/weird tip for flat bellies?
Okay, all of us have seen these sidebar ads all over the place lately (there's one on MPF right now). I have no intention of clicking on the ad, but curiosity is starting to get to me. Instead of being reasonably certain that they're selling something useless, I want to KNOW it. :)
[Apparently I needed 13 more words to post here. So there. And there.]
Does anyone know what's behind the curtain?
how to stretch hamstrings and hip flexors (not at the same time - I don't think)
So I'm stuck with incredibly tight hamstrings - and, I've come to suspect, hip flexors. As noted in a response to the hammy exercise question, I can't even do single-leg deadlifts. And I admit it, I don't really know how to stretch my hamstrings properly. Is what runners do (put a leg up on something and lean forward) the best I can do? Likewise for hip flexors, I don't know how to effectively stretch these muscles. I google search suggested I get into a lunch position and lean back, essentially trying to touch my rear foot with my hand. But this doesn't seem to be stretching anything discernible.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
