Alligator Army Which game are you most looking forward to?

With Tennessee going through a coaching transition, and Fulmer out, my despise for Tennessee dropped just slightly.  Now with Lane Kiffin lashing out at UM, September 19th can't get here soon enough.  Which game do you guys think is the most intriguing for this season, and why?

Tennessee - Lane Kiffin accuses Meyer of cheating, multiple recruits decommit from Florida and flock to Rocky Top.  Meyer's latest target for revenge.  Could we see all three timeouts called in the last minute of this game?

LSU - Should be the most challenging game on our schedule.  Timmy T gets to return to the Bayou, and this season he will have more help than he had two years ago.  Let's keep his phone number away from the LSU students though.

Georgia - Fuck Georgia.

FSU - Until Bowden retires, especially when we are in the Swamp, this game does not seem like it will pose any sort of threat.  Regardless, the SOW is a horse that I don't mind kicking when it's down.

Alligator Army Jim Bates Sr. to Take Reigns of Buccaneers' Defense

Our fearless leader, mlm, is stuck in DC with car trouble, but the show must go on.

As we all know, Jon Gruden is out in Tampa.  Raheem Morris has now named the successor to Monte Kiffin, the architect of the Tampa Two.  The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Thursday that Jim Bates will assume the role of defensive coordinator for the team.  The 62 year old Tennessee Vol grad has been coaching for 37 years, most recently as Assistant Head Coach of the Denver Broncos.

Obviously Jim's greatest contribution was his son; All-SEC linebacker James Bates has given us a National Championship, the James Bates Show, and my favorite Steve Spurrier impression:

I'm not sure if this hiring will get the Buccaneers more than nine wins next season, but it sure as hell will remind me to watch this video every time I hear them mention Bates.

Alligator Army Greg Reid

Does anyone have any information on why Greg Reid, the DB from Valdosta, de-committed from UF?  Is he still considering playing for Meyer or is he definitely looking elsewhere?

Alligator Army Randy Shannon

I heard that Randy Shannon has begun to complain about the Rays putting up 13 runs on the Red Sox last night.  He is arguing that they should have just intentionally struck out in 8th inning rather than putting up two more runs.
