The article details Sisk's philosophy, and how he attacks strength and conditioning. He seems to already have won some players over including T. J. Barnes who is even doing extra workouts with him twice a week.Hopefully he can get T. J. to finally turn the corner, and become the anchor of that line. Here's hoping that Sisk can help us finish in the 4th.
