I'm one of those people that have bounced all over the US hence the seemingly random team loyalties. Grew up on the east coast and the Redskins have always been my NFL team with family around the DC area. Never had a MLB team that I followed until meeting my fiance (now wife) who is from Pittsburgh. With those two picks you could say I have an affinity for teams that struggle. We met at Penn State and recently moved to the San Jose area so the Sharks are the first NHL team that I've claimed allegiance to any degree, though in reality I watch MMA and Football (NFL & college).
