How can you have an "all-time team" when the franchise has only been around as one year longer then RJ has been born? Well, it's simple. Just like with the "Greatest (Devil) Rays to Ever Wear..." series we will celebrate where the Rays have been, where the Rays are, and where the Rays will go. Toby Hall played 574 games at catcher where he had 44 homeruns and hit .262.

Dioner Navarro played in 396 games where he had 28 homeruns and hit .248. Navarro was a American League All-Star in 2008.

The Candidates:

Akinori Iwamura(2007-2009), Joey Gaithright(2004-2006), Ray Sanchez (2004), Antonio Perez (2003)

Ray Sanchez played in 91 games where he had 70 hits, 14 doubles, 3 triples, 2 homeruns, 30 RBIs, and batted .246.

Antonio Perez was traded by the Seattle Mariners for Randy Winn and the negotiation rights to manager Lou Pinella. Perez would play in 28 games where he would have 31 hits, 6 doubles, 1 triple, 2 homeruns, 12 RBIs, and batted .248. Perez would be traded to the Las Angeles Dodgers, in 2004, for John Romano.
