Kotsay Traded to the Braves
The A's have continued to trade away all of their players when they agreed to send Mark Kotsay to the Braves for Right-handed reliever Joey Devine.
Sounds like the A's got a winner in return (sarcasm), here is what the article had to say about Devine:
"Two months after being selected as the Braves' first pick in the 2005 First-Year Player Draft, Devine gained the dubious distinction of being the first pitcher to surrender grand slams in each of his first two Major League appearances. His rocky start got worse when he surrendered the 18th-inning walk-off homer that ended the 2004 National League Division Series against the Astros."

Screw the LA Times
The LA Times posted an article in the California section of how Angels fans aren't as loyal as Red Sox fans. Stating that we would rather sale our tickets and make a profit than go to the game. I'm sick of our local newspaper trashing us and taking the side of the east coast teams. Complete Bull S***!
Donnelly is back but for how long?
The Angels considered cutting ties with Donnelly because of his diminished role and a salary that could rise to $2 million in arbitration this winter, but when several teams expressed interest in trading for Donnelly at the winter meetings last week, that helped increase Donnelly's value to the Angels.
Will the Angels trade Donnelly or are they going to stock up their bullpen to compete for the best bullpen in baseball?
