I'm mostly just a daily reader on here.  But I felt like I should share my thoughts:

It is 11:30 in the pm. 

The Redskins are playing (or maybe just finished playing...I don't know) the Eagles in a Monday Night Game.

I literally just found myself drinking a beer and perusing inspirational quotes on the dot com.

Read that last line again to make sure it sinks in and takes full effect.

Eff You, Redskins.

PS: I still love you.

I think that most good/great teams have hiccup games throughout their season.  Even the Patriots last year nearly lost to Miami, Philly, and Baltimore.  I think that these games are expected in any team's season.  We all have our off days.  Of course, you hope to win those games, and we came very close to doing so today; but sometimes it just doesn't happen.  It's always unfortunate to lead in almost every category and lose.  So much for that turnover streak.  I think the good news is that at least we lost to a team that isn't in the NFC East, and isn't a likely playoff contender.  All I can say for the remainder of today and tomorrow is:

GO CARDINALS!

GO 49ers!

GO BROWNS!

Sitting at about 7pm EST, the Cards and Niners are holding their own so far......
