he said we were gonna 'get it done' tomorrow.

I'm stationed here at Ft Meade, MD and I ran into this guy at the bowling alley (the only 'bar' on post) that made a positive comment on my Longhorns hoody. he exclaims, 'Ken Rucker's my uncle; you know who that is!?' I reply, 'sure I do; how's he doing these days?' (meaning healthwise)

he was drunk/thought I was discounting him apparently.....

Got 'Uncle Ken' on the phone and handed it to me. I told him (quickly) I thought he's done a great job for TX football thus far, he was liked amongst the fan/blogger community, as well as the coaches (like he didn't know..), and that he's a great guy for the Program. Mack wouldn't assign someone to a prominent recruiting post that wasn't of the utmost character. He appreciated it; genuinely.

Said 'tell your friends 'thanks.' And to 'enjoy the game.'

I will, Ken.

Thank YOU!

Moving Matter opens tomorrow 4/25

www.club115.com

This was voted best sound at this past SXSW. This place is small folks, GUARANTEED SELLOUT. So get there early if you want a chance to see these great acts.
